Food okay. Too expensive for a Delawarean's middle class budget (not sure if I'm really middle class tho...but I'm not poor?) $17 for a small 6 in diameter lobster pie? Or was it 4 inches... Plus sales tax! What.is.sales.tax?
Then again, this is Boston. Toto, we are no longer in Delaware.

So much going on here all day into the night. Excellent hot sauce store, and a really good comic/pop culture store. lot of good food in the market. Sit down restaurants also must stop if in town
Love it, every time. So much to see and do. Great place for holiday shopping and dining because there are a variety of options in one location near the Boston Common and the Long Wharf.
A great historic part of Boston that CAN at times feel a bit overrun by tourists, but is still worth visiting, especially around the winter holidays. They have a holiday marketplace with a giant tree and a light show that's pretty magical after dark.
So many choices of food from clam chowder to pizza to curry! Lots of trendy and unique shops and market stalls too. During our stay in Boston we went here every evening!
Anyone and everyone visiting Boston definitely go to Faneuil Hall. A must see, for the history of our founders, architecture, shopping and great restaurants. Bring your wallet...everything is pricey. Very worth it to go watch cool street performers, and follow The Freedom Trail to start, Faneuil Hall is just one stop along a wonderful historical journey back in time and the formation of the USA.
Most visit destination. The place is overloaded with restaurants inside. Nearly whatever your seafood taste is can be satiated. When I visited, a Saturday afternoon, the place was absolutely packed inside with hungry tourists, but was nevertheless easy to transverse, even able to avoid the ankle destroying strollers. Also very clean. Both visitors and staff were friendly and displayed a level of cordiality that, being a person of color, I had heretofore been warned i would not receive when visiting beantown. Outside the main hall is ringed with enough stores like Ann Taylor, Coach, and others that will surely cover most shopping needs and desires. It has quaint cobble stone walkways, trees, and stone "benches" to sit and enjoy your lawbstah rolls. Street performers add an air of restiveness that adults, teens, and younger will find entertaining and impossible to pass. I didn't like much else about Boston, but the market area was a great way to end our trip.
It's quite a fun place. It's one of the famous tourist spots. Very lively and happening. It has wide range of options to eat. There is always some street performance happening in that area. Good place to buy souvenirs. If you want to do walking tour of the freedom trail, you can join from there. It's free of cost.
This place is definitely a tourist trap. However, going in with this mentality, it was a nice place to escape the cold and choose from a wide variety of food options.
Not like it used to be...fewer vendors to choose from and pretty pricey for food that's been sitting out for who knows how long? No longer can I just go grazing, trying a little of everything. I had the lobster mac n cheese that was actually quite good for only $35.00
Depending on the time and day, you can get dinner and watch a variety of street shows. The food choices here can be overwhelming so I suggest thinking about what you feel like eating before going in, chances are they have whatever it is you want. I usually go for the cajun mac and cheese from mmmm mac and cheese. Also be sure sure to save room for dessert.
Super cool market with a nice variety of shops & restaurants. I enjoyed checking out the souvenir shops & walking around. The bathrooms were rather difficult to find & could have been cleaner, but I have seen worse public bathrooms. Do note that if visiting in summer, there isn't AC. In some restaurants/shops there is, but the market itself doesn't.
So many small food joints and so many good options for food. Good for shopping small artistic things, you can't resist buying beautiful scarfs and home decorations from outside kiosk. If you are tourist then do take time to visit the place.
Lively historic market with food places and shops. Saw lots of people lining up for lobster rolls at one of the stalls in Quincy Market. There were lots of buskers performing the weekend that I went.
This marketplace has many many shops for just about everything you want. From summer wear all the way to Christmas ornaments. For those holiday lovers they have a store open year long. The food was delicious for being fast street food.
Awesome place for Boston visitors. Lots of good options for food including ice creams, Indian, Mexican and many more options. Good time pass for kids too, few local attractions and events for fun and enjoyment. On weekends this place is little crowded and there are no good options for car parking. But in short I would say this is happening place to visit. Some good options for shopping and Hard Rock Cafe for fun lovers is also available at walkable distance.
Ultra tourist trap. Having said that it is fun to walk around and grab a beer or quick bite. The Quincy market had a lot of options but basically all fast food. The area is a mixture of an airport food court and a mall.
Great place for strolling and shopping. Some restaurants have seating outside and there's a lot of food vendors inside with some seating in the center of the building.
If you are ever in Boston you must go to Faneuil Hall Marketplace extremely busy well worth it Farmers Market on the weekend in the morning is off the hook freshest food anywhere live entertainment and people from around the world excellent food
Took the walk from the gardens, down Freedom Trail, and over to the Marketplace. Loved every minute of it. The culture and history in Boston is so intriguing. As you walk there's always something to see or explore.
