I called the studio to inquire for Yoga instruction for my daughter. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating until the director (Cristine) took over the conversation. I explained to her that in the past my daughter did not receive full yoga instruction and instead yoga instructors were doing arts and crafts at a different studio last summer. I inquired about the Sunday classes for kids, and wanted to know much yoga instruction was practiced rather than other activities. Cristine stated that would vary from one instructor to another, and then I asked if they could provide private instruction to my daughter to which she replied "at a $100 an hour you could do anything that you want" which I then said "I agree". Cristine proceeds to lecture me in how to spend my money and for me to "get real" and she used her son as an example who lost his father two months ago and how yoga is beneficial to him which I agreed as we have also have lost a family member recently!

Cristine you get real! You could have many years of experience doing Yoga but lack in customer service skills, and for someone who prortryas being spiritual and running a holistic studio you have NO empathy whatsoever.

KARMA will come looking after you.

This is the biggest pool of yoga and wellness talent I have ever seen under one roof. If you do yoga and are into health and wellness you have got to check out The Clarity center. Fay Chapple has done an amazing job of hiring the best of the best to work on her team. Go there you won't be disappointed. They have so much to offer and such a variety of yoga classes to spinning and aerial, pilates and more.
