I used to love this place back when they were located next to Happy Feet. I went in yesterday to shop for a dress and wasn t greeted at all even though it was me, the employee and one other customer in the store. It was super awkward to be ignored in such a small store. Then, I gathered about 12 dresses to try on but was never asked if I wanted a fitting room started. So I m struggling to look at everything with my hands full. I tried on and decided to leave. As I walked past the cash register, I was completely ignored again. I had to say goodbye to get a word from the girl working there. I d like to point out that I am not a small girl, I wear large in most things. The other customer in the store was a petite girl. The employee made sure to take great care of her. After reading other reviews with similar observations, this isn t a coincidence. This shop isn t what it used to be and honestly, there s so many better boutiques in Jacksonville. Don t waste your time. The dress section in the back is disorganized and cluttered. Not worth putting up with bad customer service. Copper Closet has a better selection at a better price, in an organized store, with sales associates that acknowledge your existence. I ll take my business there from now on.

Chocolate Shoe has the best customer service I have ever witnessed. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted with smiles. Not to mention the girls that work in there are so helpful and assist you the entire time! Finding a quick date night outfit couldn t be easier. I will always pick Chocolate Shoe as my favorite boutique in Jax :)

It's very expensive, but it's worth it. They have some of the cutest clothes I've seen. They're high quality, stylish, and comfortable. If you have money to spend, this is the place to go.

Chocolate Shoe is the best! The staff is always so helpful and friendly. Everything is super cute and very reasonably priced. I love it because when I need a last minute outfit I don t have to drive to the mall. I just pop in to the Chocolate Shoe and the girls hook me right up!

Absolutely love Chocolate Shoe! We walked in and was greeted immediately! I believe it was the owner who went above and beyond to find the perfect clothing items for my teen daughter. She knew exactly what size to hand my daughter and we ended up buying everything my daughter tried on! I wish I wasn t so insecure to try their clothes on because I most likely would have spent a lot more money!!! However, I will be making a trip for just myself in the future because I do believe that they could help my closet come to life!!!

Chocolate Shoe is always amazing! The girls who work there are always welcoming, offering to start fitting rooms/take items to the room for you, suggesting cute items, letting you know about new products and sales, etc. The prices are very reasonable for a boutique, and there s a great selection of items. Definitely my favorite place to shop in Fleming Island when I m looking for a cute new outfit!
