Dealing with them has been my biggest regret after loosing our house to fire. If I had it to do over again and knew what I know now, I would run from them. Signing with First Call Claims is one of the stupidest thing I have ever done. With that said, they were very nice to us but we did not get a service deserving of what we paid them. I wanted to say something to them when we picked up our portion of the claim from them but my wife pleaded with me not to. And besides that, I knew there was nothing I could do since I had already signed the agreement.
They get you more money on insurance claims. It's a definite must do call if you've have to file insurance claim.
These people have all been awesome since we first met them. At first we weren't too sure about the whole deal because we've never had to file an insurance claim. It didnt take long to figure out we needed help. First Call was there and helped us get what was fair. All their people have been more than helpful with any question we asked. Thank u

FirstCall Claims is terrible. They send sales guys instead of actual adjuster to your home so they can Sell you on their service. 15% is the norm for public adjusters, they charge 25%. The Sales guy was extremely not knowledgeable of what adjuster can and can not do. Never returned my call.
This company is amazing! We were incredibly stressed about the whole claims process after our home burned. We had never gone through something like this before, and we had no idea what to do how much work was involved. Putting a personal property list together is a job I would not wish on anyone! They ended up getting thousands more for us on our claim over what our insurance company wanted to offer us, but just as importantly took the burden off our shoulders. I was actually able to sleep knowing they had our backs. If you ever have a loss (which I pray you don't), then you absolutely need to call them!!!
I had to file a total lost claim for my home and they made sure the insurance stayed on top of my case during Covid19. They made sure to go over my list, making sure I didn't have duplicates and price checked my items that I couldn't recall the price of. You are in great hands with them. They charge a 15%, yet its worth every penny.
First Call is awesome! They know what they are doing and really helped us when we needed it most.
My only regret is not having them handle our claim sooner!
Started off great with Scott, the representative I talked to then a few weeks in he and the adjuster I thought I would be working with was no longer with the company. It was at that time things went down hill fast kinda explains to me why they probably left. I talked with the owner and come to agreement on some terms then a few weeks later a new adjuster calls and says I m going to have to pay 10% more than my agreement. Then insurance co got tired of dealing with them and forced appraisal. Then they ask me to pay an additional 20% of claim to appraiser at which point I ve had enough. They had the nerve to email me today and say the only way they would sign a mutual release was that I couldn t say anything derogatory about First Call Claims. I advised them I didn t need a release I had already fired them a week prior. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
