Not dog friendly my dog got but at the dog park. No one follows the rules

I lived there for 3 years. Terribly managed. Problem after problem. When a dog was peeing in elevators constantly (I work late nights so would get home late, but before the AM cleaners), I brought it to managements attention for months, but had to go 3 people up the chain of command to get the problem even acknowledged. Mail/packages were an absolute nightmare, sometimes you would have to wade through stacks and stacks of boxes. Constant construction. Increasing the price by at least $100 every time I renewed. Still, I did like my apartment, and I could afford it. I even had several friends move in to the complex. Then when I was looking for a larger apartment they were terrible at communicating, I was ready to sign on a new one, and they just didn t get back to me for two days, I tried to follow up, finally I learned that the person I was speaking to was sick, and in the meantime they had given the apartment away, as well as similar ones. No loyalty (or even basic consideration) to a three year resident who had brought in several referrals, because at that point the staff had turned over so much i doubt they even cared). On top of that they said they would let me know as soon as something opened up. Surprise surprise I never heard from them. Moving out was a hassle with the paperwork. So happy to be in a well managed gorgeous building in the city now.

Since I moved to Chase I have had the best experience of all the condos I've lived in. I needed the maintenance service twice and they were fast and 100% efficient in solving my problem. Everything around here is always very clean and organized. No doubt that living here in this apartment complex you will have comfort, security and convenience. Sarah Jones was my rental specialist. She is an excellent professional and made the whole moving process happen smoothly and without any stress. In case anyone is interested in living here I strongly recommend talking to her.

Terrible, shady management. Have minimal parking for visitors. They decided to tow our car in a blizzard, which we weren t able to move in the morning from a future resident spot since they didn t plow. Towing cost us $260, which included a $60 extra cost for them to shovel our car out. We spoke to management and they had zero empathy. They are all about their partnership with Action towing and not about their residents. Completely unethical to be restricting parking and profiting from it. From all the reviews about the same issue it s clear they re unwilling to fix this, since obviously they re making some great cash flow.

Joni, made my experience seamless and inclusive! From the moment I was connected with her and the office team I felt like I had found the best opportunity for my budget. Her professionalism and honest affirmed that she ensured that my needs for the space were exceed through out the process.

Few months and I haven't found any issues or problems with amenities, apartment and Chase office. Very friendly and organized.

Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone, no one answers the phones here and when you leave a message, you never get a call back. They also continue to charge us for amenities when every single one of the amenities have been closed since March. They sent us an email in the beginning of the pandemic saying they were going to stop billing us for them but continue to take it out of our accounts. I am happy I am moving out at the end of the month.

Joni has been very helpful in our move to The Chase. Though we didn't get an opportunity to tour the property due to pandemic she provided all the information possible to make us feel comfortable in choosing this place. She was very responsive through out the process for over a month.

By far one of the best apartments I've had. Haven't had an issue at all with bugs in my apartment. Amenities are great. Apartment itself is beautiful, with lots of natural light. Very dog friendly apartment complex, which is awesome because I just recently got a puppy. Although do wish the cleaning up after pets was more enforced (be careful where you're walking when in the grass)! One thing I didn't realize was the amount of construction noises I would have. Haven't minded too much, but is something to be aware of.
Location of apartment is amazing, right on US1 with easy access to everywhere I go. Haven't had a problem with getting anyone on the phone ever. They were even very accommodating to me when I got my puppy. I got him about two weeks before I had an appointment with my doctor to complete the ESA form needed for the complex, with no penalties or anything. Very sweet(:

I'd hope it was this nice for the price that I am paying. But all in all VERY happy with living here for the past year!

I went to the Chase to look at apartments recently. There were multiple signs in the building to enforce masks but NONE of the leasing office staff were wearing masks. I asked for information and they were not welcoming at all. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
