I am so pleased with this facility. It's is so nice. I did research on a few rehabilitation centers for my mom. I picked The Center at Centennial because of the location and recommendations. When I went to the facility I was so impressed. The receptionist MacKenzie is very professional and nice. My mom has stated how caring and sweet the staff are. I would highly recommend this place.

This has long been the premier facility in Colorado Springs. Spacious private rooms, private bathrooms, climate control and all the amenities. Nursing and Therapy are excellent. Apparently they have been rated by Medicare 5 stars for years and years. Food tends to get a bit old after three weeks, but it is generally very good. They bend over backwards to meet patient demands. Highly Recommend!

Getting basic things like food according to your menu selection or without them omitting items from the order s or getting housekeeping to come in or someone responding to your bell, at this facility is a huge struggle.
My friend has been here for over a week, housekeeping came after filing a written grievance. Unless you struggle with the reception or nurses or administration, housekeeping does not come to clean, even when you are staying long term.
Kitchen will most of the time omit items from order and hardly answer calls, so patient must have a family or friend who can go to nurse s station and tell them. It takes at least 15 to 30 minutes or even more for someone to come after ringing the bell. A very few CNAs and nurses have proper attitude. Others seem grumpy.
Unless the patient is going to have a fulltime family person or friend to accompany don t go here.

I can not say enough good things about this place. They catered to my Fathers every need in a timely , friendly manner.
From the housekeeping staff to the Director ,everyone was there for him and it was refreshing to have ongoing and open communication regarding my Fathers progress.
My sincere thanks to everyone for making a difficult time less stressful
God bless you all!

Horrible place. Stay away.

Horrible place. Stay away.

No dietitian on staff. Very unhealthy meals loaded with carbs and very few vegetables. Often switched out my order for other food.

Lackluster nursing staff laughing and joking at nurses station.

One woman cried out for 45 min. My husband went to help her. He had to go get nurse so she could use the bathroom

This is truly a house of horror.

Poorky run facility with lackluster staff attitude. I made my husband sle

I came to the Center at Centennial after my stroke. The entire staff was compassionate and really listened to my needs. The occupational, physical and speech therapists are phenomenal. Their care and expertise helped tremendously in my recovery. Not only did I meet daily with the therapists but the Center at Centennial offered a variety of activities each day. There is something for every ability and every age from painting with a twist (which is awesome!) to air hockey to puzzle books. My stay here was positive and I feel I am on the best road to recovery because of the staff here at the Center at Centennial.

I arrived @ the Center on Centennial 6/8:2021 and have been overwhelmed with the quality of every aspect of the operation. The staff, food, facilities are beyond my expectations. They are helping me learn to breathe again after contracting Covid. F H L
