I have been a customer of Century Business for about 1 year. Since meeting Allie Sanchez my representative for all business solutions at Century Biz I have not seen a better communicator and problem solver in the merchant service business. What a great person she is from day 1 until this very day. I have since opened 3 more merchant service accounts for other businesses that I operate which also went flawlessly from start to finish. I have been accepting CC for 30 years and Century Biz Solutions has been the best by far. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Bad customer service. Worked with a rep named Allie S. and she was unethical. I 've never seen a sale agent lying and unrealistic as her. She said something else and wrote something else on a contract expecting me not to pay attention and sign. That was disrespectful and insulting to me. Bad business practice. will never do business with this company.

Allie Sanchez and Century Business Solutions has been exceptional for my business! Allie performed above and beyond with all my questions and concerns. She helped me understand all the rates and fees. Her response to all my requests was very prompt. Implementation was as easy as it could get. I recommend Allie to everyone! 10++

We switched to Century Business Solutions earlier this year. We have only good things to say about the entire experience. Frank Gray, was our contact and was responsive and helpful. They integrated the program with the current accounting system. When we call customer support there able to answer our questions quickly and accurately. We would recommend you talk with Century Business there very professional.

Century is the best credit card processing company you can imagine. Our account manager Allie Sanchez saved us a ton of money and headaches when we made the switch over. She is always available to answer all our questions and got us great rates! During COVID century has proven why they are a top processor and why their customers love them. One more HUGE benefits of doing business with Century is the transparency of your billing statements, they are extremely easy to read, with no hiding fees. I am a small Online/Home base business and a few months ago was looking for a payment processing to replace my provider that was willing to put their customer first and as a priority. My company switched to Century Business Solutions 3 months ago. I signed up with Century Business Solutions to process my credit cards both online and mobile. The experience has been absolutely wonderful. Chuck, my direct rep, is exceptional. He is responsive, helpful, and follows through on issues that need immediate attention and getting a solution in a timely manner. Both the staff and support team has been amazing. We signed up for credit card processing that is integrated wit our Quick Books software. The program is great and Chuck was great during and after the set up answering all of my questions. Anytime I have questions their tech support personnel answer the phone and are very helpful. No waiting in Queue or sent out of the country for help. I'd highly recommend.

I am a small MSP and a few months ago was looking for a payment processing provider for a client of mine. One of the requirements was that they integrate with Sage 100. In my search, there are only a handful of providers that fit this requirement. I contacted most of them and finally settled on Century Business Solutions. They had a solution that fulfilled most of our requirements. The implementation was done without incident. Worked with their support personnel throughout the process and they were pleasant and easy to work with. Our account manager, Chuck Young is always on top of things, keeps it touch regularly to make sure everything is going well for us, and is readily available if we have an issue or a question about anything related. Overall, very happy with CBS and all their people we have worked with so far.

Frank Gray was super helpful. Him and his team were very responsive. I was in a bad situation with a different merchant processor and was referred to CBS they helped me overcome a few obstacles. The app and computer program are user friendly. The support team are very knowledgeable and explained things so most anyone can understand. I highly recommend Century Business Solutions. STAY AWAY FROM SQUARE!!!
