Very good executive hotel in the heart of Mayfair. Within walking distance of all shops and Greenpark and Picadilly subway stations. If you like tailor made suites, shirts, shoes etc. then Jermyn street is right there. Rates are high but well worth it....large executive rooms with spacious bathrooms. Always a good stay.

Probably my favourite hotel in London.
Staff are excellent and the views and location are fantastic.
Not a complete package, as I have high standards.
But when all things are considered it's 5 stars for the location and value.
Try the french toast at breakfast..

Staff were briliant. The rooms felt a little small.

I was there to have a phone meeting because it was quite there for a coffee and meeting. The staff, a lady working in the cafe/lounge was amazing and so helpful.
I give her 5 stars... unfortunately I ended up sitting close to the entrance because of the bad network and the door opened as soon as I moved. So that and the works outside interrupted my phone meeting...

Rooms are nice. Hotel is fairly modern but the hallways can smell a bit musty. Sky TV in the rooms and WiFi is good. Restaurant is decent. Portions are on the small side but tasty.

I would recommend their parking service if you visit Central London.

Feels a bit weird. Nothing of London about it, although the food was good. I had a salmon starter which was superb.

Excellent location, close to shopping, restaurants and tube stations, nice clean rooms, with special touches (umbrella, free loaner smartphone) and the staff couldn't be more helpful.

A perfect hotel. Both for the position, which is very central without being in the midst of confusion, and for the quality of the rooms and the service. Faulted. From the upper floors you can also enjoy a spectacular view of London.

First visit since they redecorated. Not stayed, but staff were friendly.

Used to frequent the bar/lounge a lot a few years ago. Big refit since my last visit, lounge is on the first floor now, comfy seats, nice ambience.

A modern excellently located hotel in Jermyn Street. Very efficient service from staff with well appointed rooms and fine views from many. A favourite place to stay in and around Piccadilly.

Just stayed at the cavendish for 2 nights, staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you . We stayed in the executive suite on the 15th floor fantastic room, nice and clean the bed was very comfy, the room has everything you could wish for including a fridge which was very handy, the views across London were amazing.
The hotel is in a excellent location to be able to walk to the main shops of regent street/ Bond Street, Buckingham palace and many other local attractions.
Would like to wish all staff a very happy Christmas and a much better year to come.

Super hotel, great location, great rooms, nice friendly staff, upgrade to the larger rooms it's definitely worth the space and comfort, the lounge is very relaxed with more great staff, food very good, turn down service available also, no gym or pool on site but personal training can be booked

Had a Groupon voucher, therefore fixed menu. Wanted to change my mashed potatoes to crushed potatoes as in another dish but was told that that's not possible. Told the waiter to omit the mash then but still served with it n got left behind, what a waste. Otherwise the food is of high quality n very tasty.

Very comfortable, modern and clean rooms, no noise and very attentive staff and only 50 meters from Ave PICADILLY and 300 meters from PICADLLY CIRCUS. Good rate compared to other similar

Rooms are clean and plush even for the lower rates. Great location for west end and links to other parts of London.

Overall a good choice for central London. Rooms on the small side, price on the dear side but would happily stay again.

Nice room with a great view!. Clean, lovely shower room, coffee machine and so central .. what more could you need. Great breakfast too!

Ideally located for the West End and right next door to Fortnum & Masons and the stunning Burlington House. Great skyline views from the rooms on 14th floor (we were in 1411).

The location is nice for walking around the expensive shops. It seems safe. The standard room is small by American standards, but very nice and clean. The breakfast price would be outrageous if we didn't have the free breakfast included room price.

All was excellent, the breakfast is perfect for tourists in London, the location is excellent two minutes from Bikadeli Square, the rooms are clean and tidy, the hotel staff are very nice and willing to help anything

A very interesting hotel in central London with a great deal of history - in fact, it is the place where the 'Duchess of Duke St' held court for many years. Attentive staff, and the hotel's secret is it's rooms on the upper floors - they have commanding views across town

Left us waiting 45 mins for room (although did supply a free coffee). Then gave us the wrong room - we booked penthouse suite with balcony as we stayed there when we got engaged. Staff said manager would come and see us in room, after three calls to front desk it was obvious he couldn't be arsed or courtesious enough to leave his office. The manager couldn't give a dam that they had incompetently left us waiting, then gave our room to someone else, left other people's old dinner plates outside the room, then left us waiting for him before he told us there was nothing he could do. But he did say if we booked again he would do his best to make sure we got the room. Only when they couldn't work out how to refund our money did he offer to give a discount on the room? He totally missed the point - it was ment to be a special occasion to a specific room - can't say how disappointed we were with the whole experience. Moved to another hotel where they care for their returning customers. You got the one star for the coffee while we waited to be given wrong room then insulted, else you would have scored NO stars. Waste of two hours of my life.

Modernised with a lovely classic decor - attracting an elegance

Stayed here for a birthday trip to London. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and was a perfect location to go to lots of places.

We enjoyed coffee machine & complimentary water provided.
