We recently bought a house with Shawna Stanley from Cascade team. Here is our experience with her:
Not trustworthy! She represented us as buyers and we could not see the house in person (given the covid situation). We repeatedly asked her about the condition of the windows on the house before making an offer and she kept saying they look fine. She misrepresented the facts by saying the windows look fine. We asked her to do a walk thru for us before closing. Didn't do that either.
After moving in, she gave us a home warranty for the first year but we never received the packet in the mail because she never paid for it. We regret hiring her! Extremely unprofessional!
