What a JOKE! This is a spam company. I can pay for better comedy if I wanted to go to a comedy show. I wanted to learn real estate and get my licensed renewed. He only talks about drinking and the bars and I had to spend a ton of money to attend the location. No thanks!!

I will be scheduling my THIRD time attending their class. It is a lot of fun, but you also get great information from on marketing, time management and business skills. You also get to take part of the exam to renew your RE license. I encourage any Realtors to become members and go to The Career Compass event. See you there.
Just a little about this seminar.. If you are going to be considering this business a career you better buckle up and attend this seminar. Beef is great, he is definitely entertaining and good at delivering pertinent Real Estate information. I have to also be completely honest though Dawna also known as the Other half to Wellington also called Queen Bee needs a course herself in etiquette and respect. I mean she is a nasty person with a side to her that s not at all attractive. So, Dawna from half the room in attendance get an attitude check and show so class and respect!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE PROGRAM UNTIL YOU VERIFY WITH DRE. I purchased the lifetime membership for real estate license renewal and training. I called the California DRE for some questions I had about the courses required for my upcoming license renewal. I was told that The Career Compass is NO longer an approved provider with the CA DRE. I called The Career Compass for several days trying to speak to someone but I was not able to leave a voice mail in any of the extension numbers listed as the voice mail was full in the 5 different extension numbers I tried,
I was registered to attend their Las Vegas training seminar in July 5-7 but at the last minute I was not able to attend. How is it that they are still misleading paying members. If anyone knows how to get a hold of them please post it or if they are approved again. Very disappointed.
I enjoyed this seminar, it was fun and enlightening no yawning here. Beef is an entertainer he should be a headliner in Vegas. So well worth your money if you plan on being a staple in this industry. The clerical staff would do well with an etiquette class.

Spam company, they bought my email address and then solicited me via email saying I had subscribed to their company's website to justify it. Most of the rave reviews are from people who've only reviewed one or two other companies which suggests they're probably fake.
THE BEST!!! Do not pay attention to any of the 1 star reviews! They are probably non-realtor trolls. This seminar is amazing!! LIFETIME live training at 5 star locations, plus open bar, networking and an amazing 3rd party company that provides your CONTINUING EDUCSTION FREE FOR LIFE! Anyone that thinks this is not a great deal is insane. Most people on here give it 5 stars and that is what it should get. Anyone that gave it less is just a crybaby wimp who shouldn't be in this business. GO CAREER COMPASS!!!

I have been in the business for over two decades. I have seen ALL the seminars out there. This is THE BEST seminar I have been to when it comes to training and getting your real estate license renewed. Here is the deal...you get your license renewed FOR LIFE. They never charge you again. Best deal in real estate!!
This is hands down the most miserable class I've ever taken. Not the worst, just the most miserable. The content and delivery is great. Lot's of good information, and Beef is a pretty funny and entertaining guy. Sadly, what makes it miserable, is they WAY over booked the location. The one I went to was on the Delta King in Sacramento. And no, the Delta King is not a nice hotel, it's a ship. And no, its not a new ship, it's a old, old, old river boat. Which yes, is kinda cool. However, when you're stuck for 10 hours in the bottom of a ship that can probably hold 75 people comfortably but there are, (and I'm guessing here) about 120+ people it makes it very uncomfortable. It was SO over booked people were sitting in the lobby trying to listen in. When someone ask if they could use a chair...1 of 5 not being used in the lobby, the very rude woman that was helping with everything and checking people in, snapped "NO, they are for the staff!"
It was about 72 degrees outside that day, not very warm. However, I guarantee you that the back of that room was at least 90 and very stuffy. Which really isn't that bad, unless you are sitting there from 8:30 in the morning till 7:00pm at night. It was so hard to focus on anything Beef was saying due to the fact of how stuffy, hot, over crowded and how rude the staff was.
While the content was good, it was like paying someone to torture you. I would strongly recommend doing it only from another company for much less if they have it at the Delta King again. After 1 hour on the fist day they should have done something. Instead, they just got meaner and crankier. True torture.
