Dr Russo is a great eye doctor n Sargent she fixed my eyes I'm so thankful n grateful to have her as my doctor

This was my first ever surgery, So you know I was a bit nervous. The nerves were a bit calm after I spoke with the doctor personally. Dr. Feig calmed my fears and comfort me. The surgery was a great success, the post op visit was fine. Dr. Feig, his staff and I were very happy with the result.
The best part is I am like the man in the Bible, I was blind and now I can see. I can see things so clearly, WOW things are so bright. All things bright and beautiful. God is good. Thank all.

I've been here a few times and get treated really well each & every time. I have been seeing Dr. Sally Chetrit, who is a top-notch optometrist. She's helped me a great deal. The place is pretty big, and the staff is very nice. It's also not hard to find free street parking. Even though it's far away from me, it's definitely worth the trip.

I Myself had a Great Experience at this Place. My Doctor is Dr. Kaur. She was Very Patient and Explained Everything in whole to me. I had a Thorough Examine by the Technician and She was Very Pleasant and explained each step that she was doing. I have No Negative words at All. Thank You Dr. Kaur. And Staff.

Came here for two eye visits and will never return. All of my interactions with the doctor felt transactional-- like they weren't invested in my care. Among the lowlights, the worst moment was when they dilated my eyes and were out of stock of eye protectors. It was sunny outside and I was nearly blind trying to make it home afterwards. Treat yourself right and go elsewhere.

I work construction and I had a foreign body embedded in my cornea Dr Rastogi saw me well past hours and was able to remove the foreign body and treat the cut leaving no scar. He immediately noticed a long time issue I had with my optic nerves and made sure that it wasn't glaucoma. Great doctor. I will recommend him to family and friends

I went to her with a eye problem and I couldn t have been more happy with my decision. She is the best. I would recommend her services to anyone. Thanks Dr Chertrit

You have to wait to long,if appointment is for 9:45am sometimes they call you all after 10:30,but there service is ok.

It's big, clean, plenty of sitting area, bathroom n cold water n an excellent staff. Very professional n all employees know what their job is. No long waiting with thorough eye checkup

I dont feel they respect patients time, I waited over 45 mins past my appt time with not a single mention. The service as a patient was below my past experiences and I feel below standard as a Aetna provider. I will find another provider who shows more care, respect and concern for me as a patient.
Sent me out on a sunny day with dilated eyes and no eye protection. I feel there are a lot of better options in the city, I prefer providers with some level of bedside manner. This was a miss for me.

My life was a nightmare with those guys for at least a month everything around me was blurry, I checked with 2 doctors at this center, did 3 visits, instead of treating my allergic eyes accompanied with severe headache & pressure with allergy eyedrops & tablets, they prescribed to me artificial tears & antiinflamatory eyedrops

You come here for an appointment, 12:15 , and at 2:37 still waiting to see a Dr. Then behind all that once the Dr I seen, 5 min all done. So stupid!
