Beautiful! Enjoy your coffee or lunch and take a stroll around the lake. The hotel is like an art museum, the grounds are a botanical gardens.

Went zip lining which was fun. The guides were good dudes.
What a fabulous place. Stayed two nights for work function...wish my girlfriend could have come and enjoyed it with me. Next timw she can come and we can try out the golf course!
Amazing experience. My wife and I dined at the Penrose room and it definitely lived up to its reputation. Excellent food and superior service. Thank you Herman, our server and all of the other staff. Also thank you to Rene Garcia who went the extra mile to stay open late at the gift shop while I purchased a Father's Day gift. This is your best bet if you are visiting Colorado Springs.
We ate at the Golden Bee, a great ale house just down from the Broadmoor. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the 20% service fee attached to all the service at the Bee. We had top notch service and entertainment the whole evening. The history and English pub feel was fun and a welcome change from glitz.
The ceiling has bees stuck to it, exactly like those the staff wil throw at you. All in fun. The fish and chips was really good but the staff anf ambiance were exceptional. Pi s are not in order but you get the idea. Fun place.
We had lunch at the Tavern. Excellent meal. Everything is a little pricey but service and food quality is the best.
People who visit this place are snobs and very rude. The grounds are nice but some of the rooms are very dated and too 'busy' looking.
This is a great place to go and just spend the day walking around. Beautiful is an understatement and the shopping is plentiful.
Awesome is the only way to desribe the experience and the staff is OUTSTANDING!!!
Sunday brunch was excellent. My only issue is that they discontinued the military discount and added 20% gratuity. That really increased my.bill by $20.
Sumptuous, spacious, calm and comfortable. Huge rooms, beautiful grounds and great amenities.
Always amazing always beautiful great service great ambiance.
Wow. Amazing facilities with great rooms and amenities. I highly recommend! It is quite pricey but worth it.
Great place, happy and helpful employees. Area restaraunts are wonderful and diverse.
Unfortunately, it was really not worth the exhorbitant cost. We spent our 10th anniversary there and were willing to splurge for what we were sure would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. However, it was just ok. The room was fine, but really nothing that special. Dinner at the Penrose Room (only 5 star, 5 diamond restaurant in Colorado) was hilariously formal, but looked a little too much like a cruise ship, and I've had food as good or better at places 1/4 the price. We had fun playing tennis, but it cost us an additional $25, which seems a little ridiculous considering we paid not only for a $600+ package but also a "resort fee." The staff were certainly friendly and helpful, but all fishing for tips, and I really don't need a pool attendant to find me a lawn chair and lay out my towel when there are 50 available. All in all, we had a nice weekend, but if I could do it over, I would not choose the Broadmoor again.
The most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. The staff is definitely 5 star
An elegant venue. Large, luxurious and iconic property just in the neck of the nape, nape of the neck Rocky Rocky Mountains! I didn't post a picture. Photos do it no justice!
Beautiful place full of history. High standard kept correct required.
A unique experience, with excellent service and a beautiful location.
A beautiful hotel, best staff ever and very comfortable rooms.
This place was amazing. The accommodations were fantastic. The employees were friendly and helpful... our room was very nice in the South Tower. And the there was ample dining and shopping choices.
Beautiful establishment, the nicest of people/staff and an incredible spot to witness what Colorado's nature has to offer.
Amazing room, amazing staff, amazing food. The spa was beautiful however I was not impressed with the service. I would definitely try again though. The Mountain View room and snacks made it all perfect. The gym is impeccable and so was the pool!! Everything is so clean and 5 star here.
Went for the state DECA conference, fantastic place, beautiful campus, be ready for expensive food though.
Beautiful location next to the mountains. Absolutely breathtaking resort with wonderful amenities and great staff!
Finest hotel in Colorado - world class - view from treadmill
Wow, just wow. Most areas are open to the public, the interior and grounds of the Broadmoor during holidays are not to be missed. And if you can afford it, get a room and stay a while :~)
I was volenteering for cmea and it was a friendly environment
Went for brunch. The food was delicious and the servers were friendly. Walking around the different parts of the hotel was a lot of fun because of all the history and additional details throughout.
So glad that we were able to visit here. My daughter and son-in-law brought us here - we had no idea that it existed. What an incredible surprise! Absolutely beautiful and fascinating history, too. We didn't stay in the hotel, nor did we eat. We simply walked around the grounds and enjoyed the sights.
Beautiful view of the mountains, I would highly suggest walking around the pond when they have their Christmas Lights are hung and lit!
Great service, comfortable rooms. One of the biggest in terms of number if beds resorts I've stayed
We had Sunday Brunch and its probably one of the best selection of food you could have!!
Beautiful setting, boundless activities, wonderful meals at various restaurants. The Broadmoor is an American treasure. Everything was pristine in its Centennial year.
Place is good quality and fine dining and owns many more attractions. The plavmce has a movie theater 3, eighteen hole golf courses and is over 3300 archers. There are rooms for 195 to 8000 dollars and the brown stones and cloud camp are amazing. Go across the man made lake or to the swimming pool or go to the penrose room. And don't forget 7 falls and the cog railway.
We did the history tour on the grounds and it was excellent.
My visit to the Broadmoor was as a convention attendee, but not an overnight guest. The hotel is stunningly beautiful and has a lot of history and personality. The customer service here is unlike anything I've experienced at any of the 5 star hotels I've been to back home in Las Vegas. It is wonderful here. I look forward to having another work-trip that brings me back to The Broadmoor as soon as possible.
I stayed here for a group event with my employer for 4 days. The lunch was really great, definitely five star but the breakfast was not that good. It tasted a bit dry and over cooked, some dishes had been sitting out too long but they were 'okay, however definitely not five star. The room was immaculate, with beautiful lighting, decor and top-notch amenities. My experience with the staff was superb, they were all extremely nice and helpful, going way above the standard. I really enjoyed the stay and the scenery was breath-taking. It is definitely a very nice resort.
A classic luxury hotel. Walking the halls I often have flashbacks to The Shining.
The Broadmoor staff is always friendly and hard-working. The food options are enjoyable and the rooms amazing. I have only visited in a work capacity but would gladly vacation here. The outdoors adventures with high ropes, hiking, and climbing look like so much fun.
Simply a grand old hotel in the best sense of the word.
The grounds, staff, service and atmosphere are impeccable
The broadmoor is a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. It is worth the price and the bar and surrounding areas are great.
Absolutely amazing venue for a conference with everything you need right on property, great service, exceeded every expectation.
A truly incredible place to visit and stay. The tavern was willing to accommodate my food allergies with great caution. I'm truly grateful.
It's quite pricey, but totally worth the cost. Service is impeccable, food is delicious, and the overall everyone is outstanding. Do yourself a favor and give it a try!
Love coming here during the holidays. Did you know there is a bowling alley!?? Had a blast.
Lunch at the tavern in the garden room. Amazing service and food. Love the garden room!
Ate at the Tavern and walked around the grounds before heading up to 7 falls. The Broadmoor is a beautiful place and the staff was very friendly.
Phenomenal hotel! Service was excellent and there is so much to do there!
High level services, quality welcome, superb landscapes!
Worth every penny. Rooms were large and luxurious, the decor around the hotel was beautiful, and the entire staff were friendly, helpful and curteous. Fantastic stay.
As usual, service was great and the room was awesome.
We love this place!! Especially all lit up and decorated for Christmas!!
Love it. Rooms are great, service is great, good activities.
We love the Golden Bee! You must visit on a Friday night and sing along!!!!
Beautiful, great retaurants, perfect place to go for a walk.
One of the most essential historical sites of Colorado Springs, rivaling the famous Stanley Hotel. Every square inch of the Broadmoor is unique and covered in art and history. A beautiful place to even stop in and visit, let alone stay.
It was very beautifully decorated for Christmas. People were freindly
