Amazing experience. My wife and I dined at the Penrose room and it definitely lived up to its reputation. Excellent food and superior service. Thank you Herman, our server and all of the other staff. Also thank you to Rene Garcia who went the extra mile to stay open late at the gift shop while I purchased a Father's Day gift. This is your best bet if you are visiting Colorado Springs.

We ate at the Golden Bee, a great ale house just down from the Broadmoor. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the 20% service fee attached to all the service at the Bee. We had top notch service and entertainment the whole evening. The history and English pub feel was fun and a welcome change from glitz.
The ceiling has bees stuck to it, exactly like those the staff wil throw at you. All in fun. The fish and chips was really good but the staff anf ambiance were exceptional. Pi s are not in order but you get the idea. Fun place.

Unfortunately, it was really not worth the exhorbitant cost. We spent our 10th anniversary there and were willing to splurge for what we were sure would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. However, it was just ok. The room was fine, but really nothing that special. Dinner at the Penrose Room (only 5 star, 5 diamond restaurant in Colorado) was hilariously formal, but looked a little too much like a cruise ship, and I've had food as good or better at places 1/4 the price. We had fun playing tennis, but it cost us an additional $25, which seems a little ridiculous considering we paid not only for a $600+ package but also a "resort fee." The staff were certainly friendly and helpful, but all fishing for tips, and I really don't need a pool attendant to find me a lawn chair and lay out my towel when there are 50 available. All in all, we had a nice weekend, but if I could do it over, I would not choose the Broadmoor again.

Amazing room, amazing staff, amazing food. The spa was beautiful however I was not impressed with the service. I would definitely try again though. The Mountain View room and snacks made it all perfect. The gym is impeccable and so was the pool!! Everything is so clean and 5 star here.

So glad that we were able to visit here. My daughter and son-in-law brought us here - we had no idea that it existed. What an incredible surprise! Absolutely beautiful and fascinating history, too. We didn't stay in the hotel, nor did we eat. We simply walked around the grounds and enjoyed the sights.

Place is good quality and fine dining and owns many more attractions. The plavmce has a movie theater 3, eighteen hole golf courses and is over 3300 archers. There are rooms for 195 to 8000 dollars and the brown stones and cloud camp are amazing. Go across the man made lake or to the swimming pool or go to the penrose room. And don't forget 7 falls and the cog railway.

My visit to the Broadmoor was as a convention attendee, but not an overnight guest. The hotel is stunningly beautiful and has a lot of history and personality. The customer service here is unlike anything I've experienced at any of the 5 star hotels I've been to back home in Las Vegas. It is wonderful here. I look forward to having another work-trip that brings me back to The Broadmoor as soon as possible.

I stayed here for a group event with my employer for 4 days. The lunch was really great, definitely five star but the breakfast was not that good. It tasted a bit dry and over cooked, some dishes had been sitting out too long but they were 'okay, however definitely not five star. The room was immaculate, with beautiful lighting, decor and top-notch amenities. My experience with the staff was superb, they were all extremely nice and helpful, going way above the standard. I really enjoyed the stay and the scenery was breath-taking. It is definitely a very nice resort.

The Broadmoor staff is always friendly and hard-working. The food options are enjoyable and the rooms amazing. I have only visited in a work capacity but would gladly vacation here. The outdoors adventures with high ropes, hiking, and climbing look like so much fun.
