Traditional Xmas visit. We love this place and the candy truck and hand made Ginger house
Didn't stay as a guest but do enjoy walking around this place. The staff is very friendly.
Always a pleasure to stay here. It is beautiful the staff is very professional. I don't have a single thing that I would want to improve upon.
So many things to do around here, the place is spectacular!!!
The service is top notch, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the food is great. The views on the grounds are stunning and you're close by to some good hiking and a great zoo!
We love The Golden Bee and always have a great experience at all the different places on the grounds.
Exquisite rooms and service! We spent just a night here and were so comfortable and felt so spoiled.
I wasn't actually staying I just visited but the place was absolutly beautiful
Beautiful place. Even if you aren't staying it's worth coming to walk around and take in the sites. There are multiple restaurants you can eat at and some shopping too.
This place is beautiful and the staff is top notch. Enjoyed our stay and the amenities.
We visited The Broadmoor to walk the grounds and learn about its history. We saw a doe with her newborn fawns. Very cool experience.
A lovely place to see a cookie house and admire the decor.
This place offers everything! Great food, drinks, views and more. The Sunday brunch is absolutely awesome. We had a couples massage which was terrific. Do spend several days as there is just so much to do.
Amazing property. Top Notch. Definitely recommend going here at least once in your life.
We had a fantastic stay with our family for Christmas. The property is beautiful and the customer service was tremendous! We shopped on the property one of the evenings and my son bought a ball cap from the Base Camp shop, which was lost by the time we got home. We called the shop to replace it, and Scott, the director of Fly Fishing and Randy, the manager of Base Camp took extraordinary steps to help us replace it. We forgot what the hat looked like, so they began taking photos of the ball caps they sell there and texting the pics until we found the one he bought. Within 15 minutes, we got a new ball cap and it's being mailed to us. These guys are a great example of what top notch customer service is all about!
A beautiful, historic hotel nestled against the mountains. The rooms are much larger than a standard hotel room with extremely comfortable beds. The restaurants we're decent, and almost all the food we had of high quality, but bland.
110% ENVIRONMENT 10/10 - Mountains, Hotel, Customers SERVICE from the front door on through. Food - A BIT ORDINARY. 3/5 . Restaurant Waitress - Average; Our order was taken in good time. Delph & napkins not present. More due to inexperience. Return-time to check on Food. Other items needed - SLOW, yet immediiately responsive once notified. OVERALL - 8.5
The best service I have ever experienced, the rooms are amazing, and the restaurants are great!
Went for the Falconry experience. Very interesting. Got to hold a Falcon and watch the falconer demonstrate some flying with a hawk. Highly recommended.
The service was excellent all around. Especially at the Summit restaurant.
Here for a week long conference for work. The staff are very attentive, the food is too notch, and the facilities are excellent. This historic resort lives up to the name with lots to do in a beautiful setting. I would gladly come back for another business event or a family indulgence.
Here for the space symposium, or the military industrial complex at play. Wonderful place.
Easily lives up to its reputation as a phenomenal hotel.
Superb service and really good food. Magnificient views and grounds. The transportation museum is fun and had creative displays. two stories of fun. Great but tasteful christnas decorations inside and out Especially by the lake. O'and by the way they have Swans in the lake as well as ducks and geese . It is a birdwatchers delight. I'm one myself. Many restaurants and shops outside as well as in the hotel.
Had a great time with friends. Prime rib is excellent.
We had a golf event here, the service was superb. The setting is amazing - like none other.
Why not make it a part of a special night? The main bar is totally worth going to
Treat yourself to pure 5 Star accommodations. whether it be a convention, resort stay or a stop in the Golden Bee, the Broadmoor does it perfectly - perfect.
Excellent service on the entire property. Beautiful!
We are enjoying our stay while our custom home is being built.
Almost too upscale, service and room quality does not match price, resort dining options are just average
The hotel is beautiful. I have lived in the Springs for 3 and a half years and even worked in a building on Broadmoor grounds... And never went here until yesterday! It really reminds me of the Bellagio in Vegas. We went to del Lago and Megan was great! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine options. Food was great too!
The Broadmoor is a very beautiful place. Very pet friendly. Came here for hunnymoon and loved it. Staff is very very friendly and will help you with anything. A+
This is a gem of a hotel with many, restaurants including the Golden Bee, a bowling alley, spa, fitness center, pools including an outdoor lap pool and hot tub. This is the location for an overall get away experience for anyone in Colorado. The Broadmoor is worth the price for the experience.
What an amazing place, definitely has a European feel to the environment, with the mountains in the background and the lakes in the resort. Absolutely beautiful and decorated with a fine attention to detail.
It was of the good time in [room], I felt welcome by [staff] and catered to well
Came in for a job interview and left when I found out how little they pay their employees. They pay barely more than minimum wage and they demand experience, professionalism, and skill..... Not good! Especially considering how much their nightly rate is.
Always a totally unique resort experience. Great service with a setting that is right out of a European postcard.
Service was amazing at every turn. The zoo is fantastic. The 7 falls complex was a ton of fun. The Summit restaurant was great. I do wish the shops stayed open a little later so we could shop before dinner reservations, but that is a small complaint. I was surprised how many children and dogs were on the property. We loved our stay
Very nice ,exemplary service ..
I stayed in the Pemrose suite ..
Roomie and comfortable
Thanks Broadmoor

Wow!! This is an amazingly beautiful hotel. If you're ever in the area, go walk through and see it!
Excellent experience, the hotel and staff are just superb.
We were there to visit the Pikes Peak Hill Climb museum. An excellent afternoon activity. Be sure to ask the museum staff to validate your parking.
Really disappointed in the overall service. For the price, I really was expecting to be blown away. The staff seemed disorganized and inefficient when we had lunch, dinner, as well as during happy hour. What made the experience bearable is everyone s positive attitude and positive intent.
Also, I have been disappointed regarding safety protocol during the covid 19 pandemic. A couple small changes (wearing masks within 6 feet of people, restricting number of people on elevators, etc.) would have helped with peace of mind. It concerned me seeing the number of people (guests) without masks walking around the hotel. However, can t blame these individuals since the hotel doesn t require masks.
Great venue. With that said, a bit disappointed in the Tavern this time through.
Upscale and vintage resort next to the rockies. great service, facilities, food, coffee and much more.
The service was poor at every step-checkin, bar, restaurant! Not up to Broadmoor standards!
Absolutely amazing and breathtaking part of history. Must see. Great food and dining experience!
Beautiful hotel. Next time my company has a conference hopefully I won't get bumped to the Cheyenne Mountain.
Loved the hotel, the best part is the Golden Bee pianist
Always a great time when we visit the Broadmoor. We had a lovely dinner and drinks at the Golden Bee, followed by a show. Any Grant and Vince Gill were outstanding.
I've never stayed at a better hotel, or had quite such amazing service and attention, then here at the Broadmoor.
The Broadmoor was very well kept and provided a great space for activities
My husband and I went to the 1858 restaurant at 7 Falls for our New Years dinner date night. We thought as the Brodmoor took it over it would be spectacular , but it wasn't as fun as it was when it was privately owned before the flood. The lights were pretty and it was a nice adventure. But It's the fee to get into the park that's rediculas 30.00 just to get into the park and ride the shuttle to the restaurant. You would think if your going to eat there they wouldn't charge full price to just enter the park. The restaurant architecture was lovely and the food was good. Price was in the higher side but fair. However when we were seated the waiter that was clearing plates from the family seated across from us, as he was collecting the plates dropped several of them and the loud crash completely startled me, but that wasn't the worst, the food that was left on the plates splashed all over my coat and shoes. Then they had prepared a large table for a family coming in, who had an elderly man in a wheel chair, who was again across from our table and somehow the elderly mans leg got gashed and blood was going everywhere and the wait staff were grabbing the linen napkins from the table to try and soak it up. As they called for paramedics It just destroyed our appetite and our evening. Then the paramedics truck was blocking the road and we had to wait, wait and wait for the shuttle to take us back to the parking lot. Oh, The Maitre d did offer to dry clean my coat...!
Sunday brunch at Lake Terrace Dining room was great!
Just stunning. Absolutely a beautiful place to be. I could walk around looking at it for days.
I have been going to the Broadmoor since I was a kid. I love everything about this beautiful hotel.
Incredibly beautiful hotel at the foothills of the Rockies. Staff are amazing and very good. Try the brunch and you'll be amazed.
Wish this place was visited by our party earlier in the day, a lot two see in afternoon, evening, night!! A lot of History!!
Disappointed! We stayed at the Broadmoor last weekend for a birthday celebration. We always look forward to our visits to the Broadmoor, but this time we were very disappointed! Our room was not very clean, the toilet leaked and the coffee pot didn't work to add insult! The bathroom floor looked like it hadn t been moped, nor had the carpet been vacuumed, or if it had it was a poor job. In addition, there was dust / smudges on the dresser and tables, smudges on a wall panel as if someone had wiped with a dirty cloth and the foot stool also had not been wiped clean for a while. We have a small dog and I was hesitant to let him walk around on the carpet for fear he would get hold of something he shouldn t have. Not up to the usual Broadmoor experience. We tried to tell the front desk about the room mainly to get the toilet fixed, but the clerk was not interested in hearing anything from us other than if he could charge our bill to the card on file! I then tried to contact the hotel directly and still haven't heard back from them. So I'll add poor customer service to this review too. Hopefully it was just a one off experience and the hotel isn't going downhill . . .
This place is perfect. The grounds are amazing, especially during the holidays when they have all the lights up (they stay up in January) . Very special place, worth a spot on the bucket list. A lot to do right around the resort too, Garden of Gods is close by, worth a visit. All the restaurants are fantastic too (golden bee is a gem). Super pet friendly! Not many places have the kind of history the Broadmoor has, it's been a 5 star hotel for 56 consecutive years which is the record for US hotels.
Facility was great. Chairs were a bit uncomfortable after sitting a long time, but not bad. Perfect for the class I was taking
Better be a rich snob or you'll be treated.like dirt.
Gorgeous scenery, excellent service, marvelous grounds... Definitely a must see, especially during the holiday season when the lake is lit up and the decorations are hung.
Nice place....but the food needs work....no flavor....
I only give The Broadmoor 4-out-of-5 stars, because I don't agree with their mandatory 20% gratuity on E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G! I'm sure they would charge you for the air you breathe if they could. Everything already has a nice price tag on it. It's like they are trying to keep the riffraff out by the upcharge.
Thank goodness the view is amazing!
