I went in to return some Verizon equipment and the manager or person working there, his name was Anthony, was rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. He told me to just drop off what I needed shipped and write my information down on this used piece of printer paper. I asked a few questions and he became angry and started giving me all this attitude.

Unless you absolutely have to come here, I recommend traveling a bit further for a store that may actually help.

I came to this store 3 times for the notary. The first time the notary was not in, the second time I called to ensure that the notary would be in - they said he would be in until 4:30 but had left before I arrived at 3:00, and the third time I waited for a half hour while the notary sat on the phone in the back room.

When this place is open is SUPER inconsistent. Even after calling to check what time they ll be open today and being told they re open until 5pm, they re closed when I arrive at 4:15pm. This is not the first time this happens. Really don t appreciate having to come down here for simple things multiple times and not being able to get those things done.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT leave your USPS package in this store. There is a good chance that your package will NOT make it to its final destination. Called and spoke to the store owner about my issue and instead of seeking to address it, he became argumentative. Even went as far as conducting an "investigation" by placing the employee responsible for the packages disappearance on the phone so she could in turn become argumentative. Do yourself a favor and avoid this trash store.

I visited the store at 455 Mass Ave on a Sunday and had an efficient and professional experience. I got turned around, called and the young lady gave me directions from my location. She was polite and courtesy. I am glad to know of this location and will surely use its services again.

My package have not been sent out since 2 days and...

My package have not been sent out since 2 days and no one is picking up the phone!!!!
After 4 attempts...
Very rude staff over the phone. The moment they understand that you are calling about a Lost package they ignore you and tell you to call the main office for tracking. Then they put you on hold to give you the number and let you wait forever. When you call back again they simply hang up on you!!!!

Service is very slow. I've been here a number of times and it always takes a long time to get service. Most recently, I just gave up after being 5th in line and the line not moving for 20 minutes and when to a fedex location instead.

It was a great relationship with the store even while changing staff, managers, and franchisee owners. I was able to trust the store with months of mail. Mail forwarding was with ease. I enjoyed talking with Jermaine and the new owner. The notary service was an essential need.

I went in, needed a box and to print a shipping label. They told me I needed to use a computer that charges $3.00 for the first 6 min, and then $1.00 every extra min. After struggling with the slow computer (of course the slower the computer, the more money they make), I came out with just a box and couldn t even ship it. Not to say, that I then retrieved a mobile link, and they were still not able to print the shipping label. Definitely, I do not recommend coming to this store at all.

I just had an excellent experience at this UPS store, even though there was a long line and only one individual working. That individual - Anthony - was absolutely top notch. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, despite the slew of customers that kept stopping by. I will absolutely be returning to this UPS office for all of my shipping needs and hope to be able to rely on Anthony's invaluable service each time!

I check that the store is open online and the sign in the window says 12-4 on Sunday s. Well I come all the way here with my moving boxes to ship at 1pm and it s closed! It s mindblowing and unprosfessional. People count on the accuracy of their services.

UPS completely messed up my shipment. One was damaged and in case of the other, which was a gift, the delivery agent asked the receiver for a fee which was incorrectly levied by the staff at the store. When I pointed this out, they said that the only way to fix this would be by going to the store in person in the middle of a pandemic. They refused to do anything over a call or email because this is a franchise store. Never again!

I braved the gloomy weather walked 1 mile to make it before closing time of 17:00! It s 16:40 and it s already closed! The assistant inside asks me to look out to say that there is a new time yet on the door it still says 17:00 disappointed

Extremely helpful and friendly - provide service with a smile and make the experience pleasurable, even thought some of our requests are complicated. Used there UPS store for all my goods shipping back to Australia....great, hassle-free.

Came at 4:30 in the snow on Saturday and no one wa...

Came at 4:30 in the snow on Saturday and no one was here, doors were open but gate inside store was shut, I and two other customers waited until 5 to see if anyone would come to help us. They did not, so it was a wasted trip in very cold weather and snow falling, took away from other things I needed to do today and my package did not get shipped. Incredibly annoying.

After fighting through DC traffic, hobling from parked car on Eye St with strained calf muscle i arrive at your store at 7:45pm and the young lady rudely told me she were closed. She said the website is posting holiday hours. No I'm sorrt for your inconvenience. Worse experience I've ever had ar a UPS store.

This store steal packages once they receive them, if you receive a package make sure you pick it up the same day,.. if your late a day or two... then it's gone.

A bunch of thieves, I'm calling corporate to report them, they need to be removed and sale the franchise to a new owner.

The owner needs to hire professional people instead of thieves.

Shipping high value item. Took almost an hour and then they wanted to take care of everyone else in line before making sure my package was secure: I'm supposed to just leave, trusting them to pack it? One of the two employees is new and completely untrained, she doesn't know how to do the most basic function. Long line of customers, basically running on one functioning cylinder.

Just want to shout out the employee and the efficiency of this UPS location. Specifically Jermaine who helped me. He was patient, quick and efficient. Only 2 people allowed in the store at this time and even when there was a line outside he was calm and took great care to get all my packages shipped in the most time conscious way. It may seem silly, but during this time good customer service and kindness goes a really long way!!!

Terrible follow-up for an international shipment... I called multiple times both UPS Customer Service and the store in order to get a proper response about an issue with the shipment. Staff were rude on the phone.

I performed a google maps search to locate a UPS to ship a prepaid return and this location showed up. It s a quaint location. I arrived close to 8:00, which is when they close. A couple of people were there, but the customer service representative was still uber nice, although she was working by herself and seemed a little overwhelmed. I ll come back. It s also close enough to walk to Gallery Place metro stop.
