UPS completely messed up my shipment. One was damaged and in case of the other, which was a gift, the delivery agent asked the receiver for a fee which was incorrectly levied by the staff at the store. When I pointed this out, they said that the only way to fix this would be by going to the store in person in the middle of a pandemic. They refused to do anything over a call or email because this is a franchise store. Never again!
