Whoever i talked to on the phone was very rude! I couldn't hear the first response and was immediately hung up on so I called back and got some attitude when asked if they had something in the store and again was hung up on

Target, I have to downgrade my rating for W. 117th...

Target, I have to downgrade my rating for W. 117th and several other locations from four stars to two stars. Your stores are becoming an Extreme Mess.

During my W. 117th Target visit last weekend, I found myself picking up merchandise off the floor in various departments. My husband and I were shocked because Target stores are always so clean and organized.

Target, please retrain your staff on quality service standards. Your customers are spending hard earned money in your stores, and we expect five-star service.

I really love Target. One thing I like about it is...

I really love Target. One thing I like about it is that they "Make it right for the guest". However, sometimes you may come across a team member or for this instance a GSTL who do not follow that rule of thumb. This morning I came in as usual, I found what I needed and also found clearance hat with glove set. I thought it was a really great price although it wasn't my intentions to buy anything else other than a pair of boots but I thought let me take a look. So I got a set for my son and my daughter. I went to self checkout and one of the sets wrong up a different price than the ticket. So I gestured for the help and a young, dark haired lady with glasses came over. I told her that the price rung incorrectly so she took the item checked it and told me that the ticket was not the right dpci number. Then she took the other hat set and looked at the ticket and immediately without scanning it told me that it also wasn't the right price. then she was starting to take the items to remove the tags. I had only scanned one so far and so I asked her "okay, can you scan it just to make sure?"so after asking twice if she could scan the other hat set she did. The item came up as correct even though she told me it was wrong. At this point I am a little embarrassed because I felt that she was looking to prove herself right and the guest is wrong. I have worked for Target and yes it can be stressful and yes there are guests that would do things that make it bad for the next person. But as I once was a GSTL, FSTL, GSA, HRTM I know that target rule of thumb is to make it right for the guest if it is within a certain amount. the difference was less than $2 and the GSTL with dark hair and glasses did not make it right. She made me feel like there was nothing she could do. I am very dissatisfied with her customer service skill. What she should have done was acknowledge it was the wrong price/dpci but she still should have made it right. I left without the hat set and I think I may return the rest.

Super easy - they are always already outside waiti...

Super easy - they are always already outside waiting when I pull up. Orders are always correct. Love this services. I actually shop at Target now for things I didn't used to because of this service.
