Poor Selection of clothing, only sell T-shirts in assorted colors instead of selling one color.

Really well keep store. Always have stock and over all it's not bad for the area

I go here all the time. Convenient location and the store is pretty good. My only criticism is that they rarely have the electronics I want but the location at Steelyard Commons does.

This is where I do majority of my shopping because it is right next to Giant Eagle and the location is right off the highway. I always get sucked into the dollar section and clothes, because they have a lot of really cute things. I sometimes feel like the selection at Target isn't as big as Walmart's and the prices tend to be a bit more expensive than Walmart, but the store is clean and the customer service is good.

I went this Saturday evening to the Target located in Parma, OH in attempt to buy a mattress, I found one I liked but they didn't have in stock there, only display. I was told by the sales person I would find that mattress on the Steelyard Target. As I got there I was helped by Josh who mentioned they didn't have the mattress, but he called the West Cleveland Target, where they had it. I gave my name and told them to hold the mattress for me. Once I arrived in this 3rd Target they mentioned they didn't have it, and were never told to put no mattress on hold. At the end I visited 3 target stores, and didn't buy my $129 crib mattress I wanted. How more disorganized these guys can be?

Always a terrible experience, crap employees. Steelyard is surprisingly better.

The phone took me 10 minutes just to get a answer if they had a thing in stock 10 minutes waste of time

A glass of wine is all that's missing from my shopping adventures.

It's great to keep searching items after u add them and going back to where you were at to keep looking

Awesome customer service, item prices and promotional deals!

It is always clean; the carts never squeak or hug to the right. The people are always friendly and I have seen them on many occasions going above and beyond for me.

Just for the sake of browsing and walking around, there always some interesting and tempting nicknack sitting at an end cap on clearance through out the store. The addition of groceries 5 years ago really completed the deal. Much of the prices are lower than the Giant Eagle next door.

I pretty much expect this at any Target I walk into, and not once have I ever been disappointed

I hate this store they have a small selection of young boys clothes and pajamas

No checkers, they force u to use self check out and then u have to wait forever if something goes wrong!!!

The young man was out with our order like, really really quickly, just after we pulled in. He checked our number and loaded the stuff. Awesome!

How does this place stay in business?! Over 20 minutes for a pick up order, rude workers, I'm afraid I'll be shot or robbed in the parking lot. Ugh. Worst Target ever.

Something that bothered me yesterday walking around the store and looking at their products was the suspicion they were following me.
I had Target Employees follow me around and I believe, a manager or supervisor, ask me about shirts. I told him I didn t know if the shirts were good quality, but they did look like it.
He gave me a short story of his wife and then left.

I reconnected with the family, and then bought what we wanted and we were on our way.

I ask that Target treat everyone equally and not base the person on how they look.

Ps., I just got out of work at that time, so I had no time to take a shower and get pretty for Targets attire.

Always clean and organized and well stocked with comparable good prices and good quality with their store brands of many items i have tried.

A staple. Love it. Not as dangerous as the Steelyard one.

This is the first negative review I have ever written. I usually give everyone the benefit of the doubt. It is less than 3-weeks before Christmas, Sunday afternoon; I have a full cart of expensive items. I go to the check out area, there is at least 80-customers in line waiting to check out. There is ONLY 2-Self-Checkout registers open and absolutely NO Cashier registers open. After waiting 20-minutes in line without any movement, I left my full cart and walked out. Every time I go to Target, I spend a fortune. If I EVER go back to a Target, I will drive out to a Lake County location...

Place of sale of articles of clothing, fruit, etc., regular prices.

Store is disorganized and outside parking lot is unsafe. The local news has done several reports of car jackings there over the past 2 years.

Convenient location. Good people depending on the time of day. Good selection.

The associates are awesome people, very helpful, especially during the holidays at last minute. They are quick and knowledgeable. They have their faults but they are human and they try their best. They are a family and that dynamic makes Target enjoyable to be at during the holidays. Always great deals on everything and they will price match. The store is how you expect it to be during the holidays, they clean it up quickly. Every associate is knowledgeable beyond what their position requires or the associate will point you in the direction of someone who is more knowledgeable. The cashier and guest services is remarkably attentive and very welcoming, if they know of a better deal, they will suggest it. Overall the best Target, as well as department store I have ever been in.

They wouldn't let me return something bought online they said they needed 24 hours ? I never heard that before receipt and original packaging..
I order something online early today 4/26/2019 to be pick up at store... I realize it was the wrong item return a hour later aproximately and try to return it they told me I needed to wait 24 hours I told them I didn't want to return tomorrow and risk covid-19 exposure again I try to minimize leaving the house now I have to waste another face mask and return to the store and risk covid-19 exposure I ask for a manager and was told Nick was the manager so I ask for store manager and he never came by

This is a store where you're able to walk in and walk out satisfied with the products and the customer service. Lines are never long and self check out is always smooth and easy!

It was a good shopping experience, plus I received a $5 gift card for purchasing $20 in beauty items.

Target. Lol. Clean. Well populated. Well stocked. Great help. Great crew. Great selections. Ample parking.

Worst lines and customer service of any Target store in the Cleveland area.

Not the best Target in town. Staff is discourteous, display racks are always messy, and they never seem to have what I am looking for.

The Target location closest to me continues to deliver the worst possible customer service. Will never return there.

A good place to get some of the things you need. Premium prices on most items (especially groceries) keep them only at 4/5.

Nice Target location situated in a plaza adjacent to a Giant Eagle center. Located off of the 117th exit on I-90, 1 minute away from our apartment.

Being able to grocery shop at Giant Eagle and pickup home goods at Target is a great synergy.
