I went in to the Penrith store today to look for something to help hydrate under my eyes. I have very sensitive skin so most of the skin care I do buy ends up going to friends or in the bin. I spoke with kim who was very understanding of this and had a whole world of lovely knowledge to share with me. Kim didn't pressure me in to buying anything she was more concerned about me finding the right product for my skin type. Instead of being made to buy more skin care and hoping i don't have a reaction and waste more money, Kim gave me samples and even a sample of another product she thought would be beneficial to my skins needs. Thank you Kim for your Amazing customer service :)
