This company doesn't even deserve one star! I purchased 4 Hunter Douglas blinds from The Shade Factory/The Blind Broker (one in the same company in case you didn't know) and have had problems with the from the beginning. I complained to the owner of the company about the blinds losing their tension in such a short period of time and he said "it's not our fault the product is defective. contact Hunter Douglas" Excuse me??, I purchased the product from you! Horrible customer service! They don't deserve to be in business! The blinds had to be returned for a re-string 5 times and they charged me $90 each time (after 1 yr warranty). I just called to have another blind repaired and they tell me they will not repair the blind because they don't carry them any more even though they were purchased from them!! I will NEVER do business with this company again!

After I remolded my kitchen , I couldn t decide what to do with my sliders. It took me a year, but I thought possibly plantation shutters would look good. Curt came out to measure, and looked at the spot. He agreed plantation shutters would be a good fit.
The installer was very professional and did a great job ! The shutters turned out nicer then I could have ever imagined ! I couldn t be happier ! Thank you so much !

Great experiences with The Blind Broker. They have done many installations in both our home and business. We have used them for shutters, shades, blinds, sliding closet doors, verticals and silouettes. They are a great company with an owner that stands by his work. The installers are always on time and professional. Office staff is great and so easy to work with. Very unique products that you cannot get anywhere else!

The Blind Broker did a wonderful job in covering our windows with plantation shutters. It made a world of difference in the look of our home, inside and out. Installers were friendly and left everything clean and neat.

I used this company to dress several windows in my house when I first purchased it 5 years ago. The owner has been to my home along with several other people (installers, designer, repair (for battery changes and one motor replacement). Each person has been beyond pleasant and professional. No job is too big for this company. They are small and have been in business many years which is why we chose to trust them with our job. Window treatments are something you live with for a while and you want them to be beautiful, functional and dependable. Our purchases from this company have been just that. They are always available if by chance something goes wrong and they stand behind the products they sell. I have motorized Hunter Douglas shades and a motor broke on one. Five years later they simply ordered the replacement part and it's working as perfectly as it did from the start. I highly recommend this company and look forward to watching my adult children dress their windows with their fabulous products.

My experience with The Blind Broker in Boca Raton has been a pleasure. Their professionalism and customer service was amazing and courteous. We have a winter home in Florida and live in Texas, so we were very happy that we purchased our blinds for the whole house from this company. They did a wonderful job and made it easy for us to pick out selections, explain-texture and colors of the blinds.I would definitely recommend the Blind Broker in Boca Raton to anyone who needs blinds.

This is my 2nd purchase from this company. I had bought blinds from them 4 years ago for my house. This time I purchased a set of Shoji panels as a house warming gift for my daughter. Just as before the staff and installers did a perfect job of measuring and setting up the panels. Extremely happy with the service and product.

I had to take the time to write a review as we don't usually take the time to say something nice! From my initial search of calling different window treatment companies, this place stood out from the rest. No answering machines, no "we'll have to call you back" - an actual human being answered the phone! And she was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I went into the showroom and all the products were explained to me in a way that made me feel at ease. The salesman who came to the house was neat (wearing slacks not shorts!) and really knew his stuff. From the initial impression of the very first phone call to the installation of the blinds and shutters, they were A+ all the way. The installers were quiet, neat and professional. Thank you, and kudos to The Blind Broker.

Today the Installers came to install Our new window treatments. I must tell you this is one of the best experiences We have ever had with a Company. From the time We worked with the sales associate that came to Our home through the Installers everyone was completely professional and my windows look beautiful. We had four estimates and I found the prices from the Blind Brokers to be extremely reasonable and they were very knowledgeable. Thank you very much for making Our home look so beautiful I highly recommend this company.

When we moved into our house we had shutters installed in two bedrooms, but decided to postpone the other rooms because we had many updates to do. Two years later, we decided that we needed to fix the blinds in our room because the light was coming in through broken blinds. They came out very quickly, ordered the blinds and shutters and installed them in no time. The room looks so much better, we wished we had done it sooner! This company is always professional, fast and installs quality products. We have a large window that needs shutters and will be calling the Blind Broker again very soon.

Unlike another reviewer I've got plenty of "we'll call you back" from Blind Broker. I'm still on a wait list I guess... It started with me having to chase them for an estimate on Interior Shutters installation at my new home. After a couple of phone calls I got my estimate. However, since the contractor that showed up for the estimate only took the measurements and neither explain anything nor showed me the samples I had to follow-up with them on the details in the quote. I had somebody call me once at an inconvenient time and when I asked to call back in 5 minutes they said they'll call back in 30. Never happened. This is three times that I had to call Blind Broker after scheduling to get the estimate and some details. I am not calling again and will look elsewhere for more enthusiastic contractors.

I am THRILLED with The Blind Broker. I searched on line for the perfect closet doors and when I saw Shoji Screens I knew that was what I wanted. But where to get them? I l found Blind Broker and went to Boca on a Saturday morning. Seeing the screens in person confirmed that was what I wanted. I was told I could choose any design - either one they already have or one I made up. After a few weeks of trying to figure out what I wanted, I came upon a tree of life stained glass window by Frank Lloyd Wright. It was a pretty complicated pattern. I sent photographs to BB, expecting them to design something that compliments Wright's tree of life, and to my surprise they replicated it precisely. The screens were installed last week and, as I have mentioned, I am THRILLED. Everyone at BB was easy to work with, very kind and all of my questions were answered. The installers were very nice, and made sure the doors worked as I needed them to before they left. If you're looking for Shoji Screens, or blinds, or anything else BB sells, call them. You will not be disappointed.

Garbage quality. Garbage service. None of them fit and the bathroom ones are rusting. Don t do it.

I recently purchased window treatments from this company . I cannot tell you how fabulous their service is from point A to point Z . It was such a pleasure dealing with a professional company that had great pricing as well as customer service and installation ! The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly which truly helped the whole process and made it that much easier . I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them for my next home . They also have a product that no one else has called shoji screens , they are beautiful and so unique !

Very professional! I received immediate service and my salesman helped me pick out window treatments by giving me a variety of choices. The prices were extremely reasonable so I decided to do my front bay window. Installation was beautiful and I love my home now. The Blind Broker is the best place for all window treatments. I did a very large house and from showroom help ( Rona in the showroom is gem) to scheduling and installation, ALL flawless. The company responded to my email inquiry within a day or two, however, since then I've been unable to reach them by telephone number given in email or by the telephone number listed in their website ad. To add insult to injury, there was not even an answering device to leave a message. Very disappointed!!!! Jeff

I would like to highly recommend the Blind Broker. You can tell the most about a company when things go wrong, not when everything is right. After installing battery operated shades in large 20 foot high windows, problems developed with some of the motors. This was strictly related to the manufacturer , not the Blind Brokers. Although the Blind Brokers were not at fault, they offered solutions that were fair and the problem was resolved. Great company to deal with.

I recently had the good fortune of purchasing window treatments for my new home from The Blind Broker in Boca. The courteous and knowledgeable staff coupled with their amazing selection made my experience seamless from beginning to end. I am thrilled with everything I ordered from shades to wooden blinds and most especially, fabulous Shoji screens for my sliding doors. If you are looking for a company to provide shades for your house, The Blind Broker (The Shade Factory) is the place! We are new in town and have just finished remodeling our house. We called The Shade Factory on the recommendation of our contractor. A representative came with samples, we chose what we needed and did not have a long wait. When the shades arrived, and they were installed, we realized the way the light interacted with the color we had chosen, was not what we wanted. We contacted the owner and after sending him pictures, he agreed, very nicely, to change them. We really appreciate a company that values customer satisfaction! We highly recommend The Shade Factory.
