John Walker Review of The Bistro at Seville
The place the is nice and the service is good.

The appetizer was great, crab cakes with a slightly spicy sweat creamy sauce that made them pop. They came with was really good. A refreshing mango "pico" on lettuce salad.
Yaya Pasta was good, but I expected a bit more flavor out of cajun. A little salt brought out some of the flavors but it felt like "it was missing something.". The file was perfectly rare and tasted like a good file should, but nothing out of the ordinary. The sides though, onion rings and mashed potatoes were sub par. Not bad, just had lots of room for improvement.
I think I will put them firmly in a lunch place/bar vs dinner place. Still enjoyable but lower price tag than their finer fare.
