Nick was wonderful to work with - from being flexible with our arrangements to being quick and responsive with communication; we could not have asked for someone better to work with. Capital Kitchen Malvern Central continue to disappoint. Not only do they shut shop early but today closed tho website advises open. A sign on the service counter advises closed 27 .& 28 OCTOBER. management skills are seriously lacking. Not what I expect from the Big Group
Natasha Sharrock s service was appalling - didn t show up to our venue viewing. We left a voicemail while at the venue that was never returned, instead she sent a poor waitress to deliver the news that she had confused the appointment. I understand that mix ups sometimes happen but the fact that she still has not bothered to call to apologize/ reschedule is very disappointing. Would not even consider having my wedding here if this is the service from the start. Disappointing!
