I had the most lovely time. Prices were ridiculous, as always ($12 for admission, $10 for parking so you've spent $22 before you're even in the door), but fun nonetheless. Crowds were chill this year and the free live music wasn't bad.

Went on 3 different occasions, twice with my daughter and once with my husband. The staff does a very good job at cleaning up after everyone and keeping the even clean everyday at all times. Great exhibits, scenery and lots of things to see and do. The food however is what I looked fed and I wasn t entirely blown away by it, I did however think the food was a bit overpriced this year, that s just my personal opinion, I good be wrong. I paid $8 for a slice of pizza, my mother in law paid $17 for a plate of chow mein and a drink.
In kiddie land, my daughter got on a few rides, as her height was an obstacle, she was limited to the amount of rides she could get on. My daughter is two and 33in tall. The rides she could get on with an adult, I had to pay an additional fee for riding with her, that was not only embarrassing but uncomfortable, as there wasn t much room for the myself in the rides intended for kids. I m 5 2 and I still felt super uncomfortable riding. All in all, it s a great experience, not exactly budget friendly.

What a fun experience to run thr foam glow 5k here at the Big Fresno Fair.

Aside from the glowing agent and foam stinging the skin and being extremely hard to wash off (use a uv light and check after four soapy scrubs), the sheer amount of people walking or running with their family and friends to enjoy a good time exercising together is amazing.

The property and post party included DJ and a lot of glow bubbles and spray into the crowd. Even if you didnt purchase glow products you will end up with something just standing in the crowd around the stage!

On February 2nd & 3rd 2019, 'The Big Fresno Fairground' Hosted 'The Annual Sun Maid Kennel Club of Fresno, Inc.'

It is an All-Breed Dog Show, Obedience Trial & Rally Trial
(Unbenched)

My father and I attend each year. This year was particularly exciting as I met a couple of Breeders whom I hope to get my next dog through
They do have parking lot area for $10 per car, but there are also plenty of places to park for free near the Main Entrance. Entrance to shows are free as a spectator. There are vendors around the exhibit areas selling miscellaneous animal items, even shirts/clothing/accessories for us humans as well. I would highly recommend going to this event if you are a local of Fresno County. Informative, interesting, fun, and your sure to meet GREAT Dogs and people.

The website says gates open at 9am. When we got there we were told after paying for parking and tickets, that we would have to wait until 11am to enter. My wife is handicapped, and several others also in wheelchairs were also turned away. This will be the LAST time I ever go to the "big" Fresno fair!!

I had much fun . The food is delicious but a bit pricey and I suggest getting their early when there isn't alot of people because the place does get packed very fast. I like going at night time because they always have the rides with lights on them and they sell cool toys that light up. I love going into the exhibits because they sell some good things for reasonable prices. I really love how they have famous people perform at the fair and the people who I know came was Ariana Grande, Laura Morano, Zendaya, Flo rida, Sabrina Carpenter and more !!! I recommend that you should go and beware there are lots of fights there!!!

Went to go fill out an application for employment since I was personally asked to apply by one of the Fair Employers. Was told by tge supervisor to go to the administration office to fill out and turn in the application. All of the office employees had very rude didn t want to be here, dont want to help you attitudes. Once recieving the application I was told you cant fill it out here and dont turn it into us when i was specifically told by the employer to fill out and turn it in there.

I have gone every year since birth but this year the prices for food, tickets, rides, wristbands, and shopping places were so over priced I was actually offended at the fact that the Big Fresno Fair has been a tradition in our city for years and for it to not respect its consumers rather abuse their pockets is more than I can ever bear. Sadly I refuse to go again after a corn dog and soda cost me $20 even its ridiculous!!!

This place has horse racing!!!! You can go in and bet on horses running all over there world. It's pretty fun even if I'm not a pro horse player, I just pick them on which name sounds the best, I've gotten lucky a couple times and struck it big on the long shots. The food is pretty decent there, and they'll even put other sports on the TV if you ask the staff.

So, the fair is what it is. Expensive food, crowded and rides that are meant to be assembled in two hours but... If you get the chance, walk along the south side of the theater. They have several old neon signs from eras past, the Fresno court house Bell tower and a fabulous display of punk art which I feel is a great representation of the valley's ag history. There is supposed to be a small plaque for the time the fair grounds were used as the Japanese internment camps here in the valley. Not sure where that is though. Edited to add, the Japanese internment camp monument is at the Chance Street entrance
