This is by far the worst practice I ve encountered. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They didn t answer my questions or address my concerns. The manager, Randi was rude, dismissive, and generally uncaring. She was so off-putting and I'm glad we didn't choose them for our care. There are much better options out there. Do yourself a favor and never go here for anything
