Very nice lobby & resturant. The rooms are very dark and aged. They are clean but not good for windinf down if you want to read. Overall decdnt but not perfect.

This hotel was a great disappointment to my husband and I. We wanted to spend a nice get away for our 1 year wedding anniversary, but it was anything but relaxing.
When we arrived the front desk lady (Kylie) didn t greet us. Then when we told her we had a gift card for our stay in the hotel she continually told us she had no idea what she was doing, and there seemed to be no other front desk person around. She proceeded to make room keys for us...and sent us to a room where she wasn t sure was located . After finally finding our room they keys did not work....so we had to find our way back to the lobby with all our luggage. When we got to the front desk again we were quit shocked....Kylie and what seemed to be her boyfriend (who didn t have a hotel uniform on) we re sharing a plate of food across the counter from one another! When we told her the room keys didn t work she continued eating as she took the keys from us and remade them (getting food grease on our keys while she was at it). She & the man with her kept talking to us with food in their mouths. Very unprofessional. We also found out later she had no idea what she was doing and charged our card incorrectly. We were worried for awhile if we would have to pay full price for our stay.
Thankfully they figured it out.
We were unable to talk to a manager because they were not available...both the Sunday afternoon we checked in and the Monday morning when we left.
With over two years of experience with hospitality and countless months spent in hotels because of my fathers work with the military....this is the worst experience I have ever had and am very disappointed.

I'm considering Bertram for my wedding and I just dropped in one day unannounced to have a look around. The event coordinator have a wonderful and informative tour even though she had no idea I was coming. Fantastic service!

The rooms were spacious and the hotel had a certain charm to it, but the hotel and the rooms itself were pretty outdated

I attended the hotel for a national convention. The hotel staff was very friendly and always helped when we needed something. Their professionalism and speed was always greatly appreciated.

We spent one night in a room wIth a king sized bed. The room appeared clean and was spacious. However, we could not seem to turn off the air conditioning (during summer). Turning the thermostat warmer may have decreased the cool, but it did not stop the blower or even switch to heat. The outdoor pool area was sizable and surrounded by the hotel as if a quad with minor damage/disrepair along the pool edge and a nice sky view. There are a few restaurant options on location including a sushi bar. There is also a small game room with quarter arcade machines. Overall a beautiful location and structure with midrange amenities.

This place is awesome, would love to go back for another event. One issue is the VIP pricing. You were placed anywhere the employees chose to place. I enjoyed the people at my table though most paid non VIP pricing

We had our work Christmas party here and it was very nice.

Hours posted incorrectly online. Drove across town to be there, and they didn't open the doors for us, even though there were people in There.

We thoroughly enjoyed the wedding that took place at the Bertram!! Lasting memories!

Staff very helpful. The meals were well done ..except the beef was tough. Rooms were well kept. Swimming pool clean and chairs clean and available..

Steve the Sales Manager is exceptional as well as Alex his associate. We are planning a very large corporate event and they are so accommodating and willing to make it a fantastic event.

First time visit. Food was good, will probably visit again.

lighting was weird and dark. Good people and good service. Uncomfortable beds but nice rooms. I would stay again.

Halls are big and good. Service is good but light is not great. The price for personal parties is high

Very Bates motel like. It has certainly seen better days. Upkeep is not not it just looks like it is stuck in the 90s.

The most outdated hotel... the girl working the night shift at the front desk was INSANELY RUDE when I asked if there was a usb port anywhere in the hotel where I could charge my phone, she scoffs at me and says "This is a very old hotel, we haven't had an update in almost 40 years" then started at me until I walked away. The most uncomfortable interaction with a hotel employee I've EVER had! And I have worked and stayed in many a hotel! All I can say is the Hospitality Industry is NOT for everyone!

Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The conference rooms worked just fine. The food was my issue. Some things were overcooked. Some of the food was cold. The breakfast was frozen waffles cold eggs and cold potatoes.

I attended an overnight conference in early April 2016. Check in was easy because of the group booking. Our room and the rooms in which the conference were held were all very nice. The food served was good but not great. Service was okay. I would consider staying here or attending an event again in the future.

I was there for a company meeting for the day, lunch was very good and on time. They took care of clean up and drinks through the day. Very clean and beautiful hotel.

Hotel hosted the twins feast, people were very friendly

Good prices and comfortable accomodations. Great for conferences. But some facility details are in need of repair.

This place was awful! My brother had this place booked for his wedding and it was one problem after another from the second we tried to check in. We arrived at 2am and check in took about 30 minutes because they had no idea what was going on. We finally get a room and walk in to find mouse/rat droppings....on TOP of the covers. They wouldn't change our room until the next morning. The amount of details the hotel messed up for the wedding, costing the wedding extra money, was a little ridiculous and unacceptable. The staff was crabby and annoyed the entire time and no matter what the request was, we got an eye roll. Check out was also a nightmare. It seems no one at this hotel had any idea of what they were doing. Fod was pricey and kot good at the restaurant. I would never return to this place

The staff at the Bertram Inn are amazing! I had the pleasure of working with the sales team to plan two events. Both took place on the same day, a morning party with 300+ attendees and an evening event with 400 guests.

These events took months of planning; many phone calls, emails and meetings. Throughout the entire process the team at the Bertrum Inn bent over backwards to meet our needs, address our concerns, answer every question and work within our budget.

These two venue's are held annually, however this is the first year at the Bertram. By far, it was our most successful. The staff was friendly, tentative and extremely flexible when we had last minute changes.

The conference center's flow was marvelous. All who attended moved throughout the various areas that our venue took place in with ease and comfort.

I look forward too working with the Bertrum again and again. I highly recommend entrusting this team with your special occasion, they won't let you down!!

Wedding was awesome. Accomendations we average. I would never have paid full price. Beds are hard and small. Rooms are small. For the price could of had at least coffee. Not a coffee pot in the bathroom.

Staff are nice and friendly. The building and accomodations are a little old; there are areas missing light fixtures that you would expect in a modern building, such as in the shower portion of the bathroom and in the toilets of the public restrooms. The beds and furniture are clean and comfortable.

Beautiful and clean. Food and drinks at The Paws Restaurant was excellent and so was the staff. Shame Front Desk staff couldn t have followed that lead. Their communication skills were terrible. No information what so ever. Check out clerk on Sunday was horrifically rude.

I attended a bridal show at the Bertram Inn. The Bertram is clean and inviting, with a very welcoming staff. I spoke with a high school girl who has worked there for about 6 weeks and she seemed quite happy with her employers and told me that they treat her well. The Bertram seems like a classy establishment but I noticed that they posted advertisements for a "Ladies' Night" that seemed to be billed as a party of male strippers, so you can be the judge of how classy it really is. I would not consider the Bertram to be a destination, but it is certainly not a bad place to visit or hold an event.

We attended the Today's Bride Bridal Show at this hotel and it was very lovely! The hotel is very pretty and well decorated! We did not see any rooms or eat any of the food however.

Horribly outdated, especially for the price. I am sure this was luxury in 1985. Stayed in a Holiday Inn Express the night before that was way more modern and nicer. Do not be fooled by the pics on their site, the rooms nee d a serious overhaul.

Visited for a two day work conference. Very accommodating facility. Amazing atmosphere and staff. Beautiful building and suites. Will go back.

The Bertram is a great place for professional events. They have conference rooms of all sizes including a large auditorium. There is a restaurant as well as large dining rooms. The event I attended was catered and the food was great. The Bertram is very clean and the staff were all very helpful.

Really nice hotel, but my experience would have been better if they had put mini-fridges in the rooms.

We spent a night at Bertrum we were there working. We accidentally left our Camera charger plugged up in the hallway and another guest left her retainer. I contacted the Bertrum the day after with no results on where the charger was. I've traveled to many states and spent the night at a lot of hotels and have never had anyone steal anything. Every hotel usually has some type of lost and found. Bertrum has employees that take extremely long times just to answer the phone, then when asked for assistance they have a very i can care less attitude. I even left a detailed message for the manger whom never returned my call. So my advice would be to NOT forget or leave anything at this location. It's unfortunate that they employ individuals that steal and don't care to assist guest whom have paid to stay at there location.

The building was beautiful, rooms were clean, staff was very friendly!
