If I could give 0 stars, I sent my beretta 98 fs to the factory to make it reunite, I spoke by telephone with the workshop and they told me that they absolutely respected the originality of the weapon, that is, that they would have done the same burnishing as the epoch, once I knew this I sent the gun through my gunsmith to the factory in June 2019, but in reality the gun arrived at the factory in late September - early October 2019 (so far it's only the fault of the gunsmith to whom I am turned that he made fun of me all summer saying he would call the factory but never did) I personally call the factory in late September and they tell me that my gun is not there. Then I come to know that those of the factory have talked to my gunsmith and that the gun is in the factory and it had arrived since it has not been known since in the wrong department and nobody worried about anything, so the gun in early October enters the department right and those of beretta tell me that it will be ready at the end of october 2019, but mid-november arrives and i have not heard anything from beretta nor from my gunner, so i call the factory and they tell me that it will be ready instead at the end of november. They arrive in early December and I still don't know anything I call and they tell me that it will be ready before Christmas, obviously I didn't know anything and I called after January 7, 2020 and they tell me that they still haven't started doing it (this means that since October in January I was made fun of). We call after 10 days as they told me and they tell me and they still haven't done anything, I call again on January 31 and they tell me that it is ready that they are waiting for the authorization to send it. Today I called and they said they don't know anything to call back this week. A bad experience is no longer the beretta of 30 years ago, plus every time I called to get information on where the gun was I always asked about the burnishing despite my gunsmith had sent him an email with the work to do, but it was just to understand if everyone said the same thing and instead one person said that it will be re-united as at the origin, another that is not exactly the same but very similar, another that will be quite different and another that apply the burnishing of the new weapons beretta 2020. I don't think I want to have more to do the arms factory pietro beretta after this bad experience, as regards the weapons that build nothing to say the best on the market, but I was really disappointed by their behavior that it is not at all professional for such an important company.
However, we are on February 3, 2020 and I still don't know anything about my gun.

I am a beretta customer after 5 months of waiting I received my ultra lahit 686 overcoat after 2 days from the purchase I was at the shooting range and after a few shots the rifle broke and no longer fired the second cartridge or I called the Berretta technician and told me that it was not a problem it was enough to bring it back to the armory there was brought it back the year I looked at it and after a few days I took it back I went back to the shooting range after a few shots the rifle does not fire the same defect as before more shots start even alone and a rifle is possible new of 10 days of life paid a raffle a defective shotgun so it must be immediately returned new without any problem. I would like to know how to check the guns now I have to send it back and stay 2 months without the gun .. Thank you for the good impression that I have done at the shooting range with the beretta gun. Yours sincerely.
