Went expecting to buy an 8-pack of drop-ins, but didn't after we tried a hitting clinic. Poor ratio of instructors to kids, no instruction, just reps. I can do that in my backyard for free, or at a batting cage. Won't be back.

There s not many indoor baseball facilities around GTA so it s a good place to train but a small environment. What I don t like is having to rake up all the balls after I hit in the batting cage, pick the balls up individually and place them back into the machine. Talk about time consuming. If you're just looking to hit some balls then go to playdium. As for the classes if you re looking to spend an arm and a leg so your kid can be a tiny bit of a stand out in rep baseball this is the place to go.

Great place for children to learn baseball. Professional and friendly staff. Coaches are engaged with the kids. Safe and clean environment. Our kids are always excited to go. Highly recommend The Baseball Zone.

We have three children ages 8 to 13 and they just love the baseball zone, the coaches are superb with their passion, commitment and knowledge of the game. They have a nice way of connecting with our kids so the sessions are fun, yet ensure they make every moment count when they work with our kids in group or individual sessions. our family has been part of the baseball zone programs for over four years now and our kids keep asking to go back. This says so much to us as parents. Thank you for helping our three kids learn about the game and develop life skills. we are grateful as our experience has provided great value to our family.

I have to say, I was very excited to come here for the first time! However, I don't appreciate paying $25 to have access to the facilities for only 1hr. It shows on the website that you are open till 7pm and so you should be open till then. My group got here at 1:00pm to be kicked out at 2:00pm! Thanks! The guy at the front could have at least warned us, because a small piece of paper on you door won't get read! Apparently 2:00pm is their summer hours on Saturday! Guys it isn't hard to change the hours on your website! It's so inconsiderate to simply post times on your door, and have people go out of their way to come and get turned away. So if you don't fix it, they won't come! Thanks!

First time attending the facility.. Showed up at 1pm later realizing the facility closes at 2pm, as the website shows the place closes at 7pm and Chris at the front desk did not inform us on arrival that we would only be here for a short time due to summer hours. You would figure your busiest day the facility would be opened much later especially on a rainy day... 2 people showed up at 2pm as we were leaving also shocked to see the facility closed at 2pm.. if we knew the place closed at 2pm .. would not have paid full price.. very disappointed

Went for batting training and one coach for 11 kids. Most of the time the kids were wondering around. Last year we went and it was organised. This time is horrible. Waste of money and our time. I am sooooo disappointed. Don't east your money.

Went to a drop in hitting clinic, very disappointed. Run by a high school kid who may be able to play baseball but isn't any instructor. Half the time spent unsupervised/uncoachef in batting cage where the kids just goofed around. Wasn't worth the money.
