The Barrett Group is a phenomenal resource! It was through their guidance and expertise that I landed a career in healthcare administration. The Clarity Coaching and Executive Career Consultant were extremely helpful with understanding my leadership traits and establishing routines that would serve me well throughout my career.

I think they are very expensive for what you get. Starts out with tests, interviews, etc but after that it became a bit of an exercise in futility as I did not find that they truly assisted me in my next endeavor. Nice people though UPDATE: their response was counter productive and a bit insulting. I was not attacking or rude in my fact-based review.

I ve been profoundly grateful for the opportunity to benefit and learn from the Barrett Group s expertise and appreciated the direction they provided. Many structural developments at my former employer told me that it was time to look for an organization where I would be able to make a difference. The initial Clarity program helped me to further focus on what I wanted and needed from my career change. Then, during my interviewing process, I always felt very prepared top rating for their prep material and coaching. Honestly, my interviews could not have gone any better! It didn t take very long to receive my first offer, and as it was exactly the opportunity to grow and at a total comp that I desired, I accepted. Thank you once more for working with me through this journey.

In particular, I would like to thank my Executive Career Consultant, who has been an exceptional career coach and guide, and has helped in greatly not only in my job search but as an overall career professional. He was truly knowledgeable about the job market (especially in the technology field), including avenues and strategies for job search and interviewing and negotiation techniques. He helped me give my best effort in multiple interviews. He also has a friendly and considerate personality, which are ideal traits for a career coach. Would surely like to work with him as my career coach in the future too, and I will surely consider the Barrett Group for my future career needs and hope we get a chance to work together in the future.

The hospitality industry is in sad shape just now due to COVID-19, so I knew I would have to change industries, but I didn t know how. I needed to show how all my hotel management experience was relevant to other industries. If you are looking for professional support in your career change, look no further! I can honestly say that if it had not been for the career coaching by the Barrett Group, I would likely not have been able to convert on my new job opportunity. From preparing multiple, customized versions of my resume and cover letter, coaching on their networking techniques, tools and procedures, as well as my initial phone interview and the subsequent face-to-face interviews, I can honestly say that I would not be in this position. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the Barrett folks and will value this experience for the rest of my career. Thank you everyone!!

I have read the fantastic reviews of this Company, but my personal experience was nothing alike. I retained TBG over a year ago, months before the Covid pandemic. They took a large deposit and we agreed to one of their sponsored packages. We began with the career coaching part which was outsourced and totally worthless, with an absolute junior individual that didn't really understand what she was doing. TBG staff itself is very professional, but they were not timely in responses or communications, did not put in the effort that was expected or agreed upon, and ultimately, we cancelled the agreement. Or I tried to. They had taken a very sizable deposit from me and did not return it, or even a portion of it; fought credit card chargebacks, etc...but ultimately stopped servicing me and ended the communications due to lack of performance. Today, a year later, a member of their team is sending me a message congratulating me on a position and asking for their fees. SMH.
