I ve been profoundly grateful for the opportunity to benefit and learn from the Barrett Group s expertise and appreciated the direction they provided. Many structural developments at my former employer told me that it was time to look for an organization where I would be able to make a difference. The initial Clarity program helped me to further focus on what I wanted and needed from my career change. Then, during my interviewing process, I always felt very prepared top rating for their prep material and coaching. Honestly, my interviews could not have gone any better!
