We use to enjoy The Bank. After tonight s visit, we will not be coming back. The service was absolutely terrible and our food was cold. The bacon was barely even cooked. Our server was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Our bill ended up being wrong 3 times!! Having already waited 15 mins after we got the first bill we finally just paid it so we could leave!!

food quality and portion size is excellent /above average. very cool restaurant made out of an old closed bank from the late 1800's / early 1900's - neat place! don't forget to go upstairs and check out the small bar on the second floor :)

Fantastic food & service. We had the Indiana caprese salad (very unique and delicious) and corn fritters to lead off. I had the grilled salmon, easily the best I ve ever had. My wife had the flat iron steak salad. My sons got the Sunrise waygu burger with egg on pretzel bun (superb) and the BLT (also great). Will be back.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. I will never return and I would never recommend. Waited 2 hours for food and there was barely anyone there. The food was raw and the servers are less then sub par. I will stick with Madisons

I guess I was expecting more. The atmosphere is open and lacking any ambiance. You get to see in the prep/ kitchen area if you are into that kind of thing. I had to ask for a drink menu. Me not so much I don't like the loudness of a kitchen and I would prefer not to see back of house. We started with the calamari special and it came out quick and it was good served with what I believe to be cocktail sauce made in house. Then we were served our salads right away with in house made french dressing very good. We were served our entrees before we were even done with our salads. The ribeye was good but there is better and cheaper about 10 miles down the road. The sea bass was good and done in a clean way to where you got the flavor of the fish which was good for my waste line but my pallet wanted more so a light sauce would have been great. Then we were served our bill. I asked my husband did they have dessert? He couldn't recall seeing it and we weren't offered. So don't go if you are looking for after dinner yummies.

We wanted to go to the bank for lunch and sit outside. We arrived and were seated outside and then 45 minutes later left because we had not gotten our order taken or any service. Terrible customer service.

Waitress was very good. It was a little pricey for a hamburger, fries and coleslaw than I expected $10 something. The food was good. I asked if they had a smaller choice than a 1/2 lb burger. They did not. It was too much for lunch. They add an automatic 20% tip. I think that should be up to the customer not up to them.

Most everything I have ever eaten here is quite good. I very much enjoy the soups and salads. The Broasted Chicken is also a good choice. Prices could be a bit lower on some things and the interior could be re-designed a tad better, but all in all, a nice place to stop occasionally.

Jack and I enjoy the comfort of the restaurant. The staff are personable. The food is delicious. The chicken and beef nachos are delicious. The breaded tenderloin with slaw and fries are scrumptious. Thank you, Gary and Robin for providing such a personable place with great food to dine.

I had birthday dinner saturday night and food was great as it usually is at THE BANK for lunch, i was flabbergasted when the bill showed up for 2 small steaks at $30 each meal....really unhappy the server did not tell us the price before ordering. In fact when i commented to her she said yeah wow what a price!! I just wasn't ready for a $80 small dinner for 2...waitresses should give pricing along with meal specials!

This place is amazing! It s in downtown Pendleton. The space where the restaurant is in now use to be an actual bank! Their food is always great and their service is pleasant. I definitely recommend their cheese curds! It s right by falls park so super convenient! I will say they get busy Friday and Saturdays but that is to be expected!

Polite waitress, however boring atmosphere, several minutes to even acknowledge we were there to seat us, very slow service when not busy, higher than average prices, seating at a fold up plastic table, and food that was very bland made it a trip my family was disappointed in. After reading some good reviews online we decided to give it a try. No plans to return in our future.

Love this place, although I did get an order to go and they put it in styrofoam like so many other people do and the breaded tenderloin along with a sloppy wet lettuce it was soggy by the time I got home to my husband very disappointing people need to go back wrapping it up in paper and put it in a bag so the good food don't go to waste and could help the world save by less styrofoam

Their broasted chicken is awesome!! The tenderloin is great, too.

Update: We went again last night and they had a special on "hog legs." I was intrigued, so we ordered some as an appetizer. OH MY GOODNESS -- where have these been all my life???? They were amazing. So tender, so flavorful. If you go to The Bank and they offer Hog Legs, get some and thank me later.

I loved the way it used to be...the recent remodel is a downgrade in comparison.
The Food is GREAT, but the prices have increased a bit too much!!!
All in all, I prefer to Lunch at The Bank rather than Supper at The Bank due to the High Prices.
The atmosphere is best upstairs but that is unfortunately the bar.
The Bank is special! It's unique and I enjoy eating there (on a limited basis now due to the High Prices :( )
If you haven't been there, try it!!!
The Tenderloin whether you eat it as a sandwich or as an entree you'll love it!!!
