Definitely one of the best breaded tenderloins I ve ever had. Sit out on the street patio if the weather is nice.

I had their barbecue on Wednesday. And oh my gosh was it delicious. The following Monday went there again to celebrate my birthday. The barbecue was not as good as it was on Wednesday. It almost was like it was left over.
Big menu, but I think most things are frozen and cooked as needed. So not a real place for a foodie, but an okay place for a sandwich
Went on a Saturday around 6:30pm. It wasn't crowded, which was nice. The waitress said the tables were new. Dinner was brought out pretty fast. I had the fish and chips. The fries were really good. It also came with corn fritters which were good too. The fish was great too. I would've liked an option for an extra piece of fish though. All in all, my wife and I will be back!
Wonderful afternoon on the patio. Food was delicious! Monica provided great service! Highly recommend
Friendly staff, fun atmosphere but the wait for food was long even though we ordered simple entrees like fish and chips and salads. The main dining area is loud so if you're sensitive to noise, this isn't your place. Iced tea tasted stale so we asked for different drinks. Walking along State Street is pleasant and The Bank has added outdoor seating which is a bonus.
Good food, but service was slow. Normally I wouldn't mind that, but I needed to be somewhere!
Had the Bank burger this time sooooo good! Little chalk art outside front entrance cute!
Great food at a reasonable price. I love the theme including the Monopoly themed restrooms. There are even outdoor dining options.
Tenderloin was amazing and very affordable. 4 people asked us how our meal and service was while we were here and it was great! Love to support local restaurants.
In town visiting for the holidays and my mom asked to go eat at The Bank. What a nice surprise this place was! Very diverse menu, delicious (not watered down) drinks and super friendly service! I will definitely be back my next visit to Anderson
Good food, but way over priced. You can go to a steak house for less money and get more food. Also, they have taken some good items off of the menu.
Went in for lunch. The food was amazing as was the service. The owner even came over and chatted with me about wine (of which he was extremely knowledgeable). It was a fantastic experience. Will definitely be back.
We went to The Bank today for the special Valentine's Day menu. We were eager to try the appetizers, the soup and salads, the entrees and finally the desserts. My husband and I chose different things, except for the dessert! We would definitely order all of them again, especially the Creme Brulee cheesecake! The Chef's culinary skills are exquisite! We wish this menu was always available! Everyone there makes you feel at home... that's why we stop by every week...just to see what's new! The best food in town!
Waited forever to be waited on. The only person that seem to be working was the bartender and doing everyone's job as well
Had this place on a Friday night and was not disappointed. Was seated promptly and immediately greeted by out server. Ordered the 1lb burger and roasted potatoes. The burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. The potatoes were also really good. The manager stopped in to make sure we were good and ask how things were. All in all a really good experience and I will return.
Most amazing small town restaurant my family ate at in long time!
The service was decent. We didn't have to wait long to be seated, so that was nice.
We had when we had received the food, we knew we had "struck gold" per-say.
We were surprised when the chef, Taz i believe his name was, had came to our table to ask us how everything was. And we were pleased to see and enjoy his modern take on something that can only be considered "cooking from scratch". Which is something that not many people, let alone restaurants do now days. That gave me comfort in knowing that whoever is back there cooking knows what they're doing. I would recommended this restaurant to everyone, and anyone looking for a well cooked, and well thought out delicious 'homecooked style' meal that's not at home!
We were out for a cruise and saw this place downtown Pendleton. Looked nice from the outside so we gave it a try and were glad we did. Nice Atmosphere and clean inside. Food was good. The owner stopped by the table and was very friendly. The kids meals were overpriced was the only downside.
Had the parmesan crusted pork chop. It was excellent. Great service too.
I don't eat here nearly as much since they raised the prices and changed the menu, seems like they're trying to be higher end it doesn't really work. It feels very forced, and the food is the same as before. So now it's just the bank with some cheap art and an almost fancy menu with upscale prices, but the same small town diner quality food. Now if I want that I go to Anita's.
My favorite for chicken strips and french onion soup!
A great take on American staples. Good food, Good Service, and some of the cheapest drinks in town.
Extremely flavorful! I had the French onion soup and small tenderloin and my husband had the half pound hamburger, baked potato and apple sauce. Food cooked to perfection!
First time here food was very good, great atmosphere and very friendly staff definitely will be going back soon
Just stopped there for dinner & the kitchen closed early. Gee thanks. We won't be back.
Food was expensive and average. Service was slow. Took us over an hour to get our food. Server seemed disinterested in us.
The service and food were good. The atmosphere being a converted bank is different and interesting. The noise is very high and you cannot expect to talk with your friends there. If they would install some acoustics to deaden some of the sound, I would give them a five star rating.
Cool place. Old bank turned into bar and restaurant.
Home town people and food. Great food, drinks, and conversation.
Food was good however we waited forever for food. The all and famous Noah Linville ate here
I drove 45 minutes to eat here and watched everyone after me receive food. Nobody stopped to give a reason or even ask If I needed anything. If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of time and gas.
Food:
The dinner meal was excellent. My tasty sirloin ($24) was prepared well. My Gurl was pleased w the salad ($?). And both children finished their kids meals ($8 each).
Drinks:
1 x margarita (special) $4
2 x orange juice (no milk available) $ ?
1 x water
Cost:
Family of (4) dining w 15% tip ($13) totalled $84. We didnt worry about the spending since we appreciate the restaurant hardships the pandemic created.... but $84.. it just felt out of bounds at the end of the day.
The Bank is a great small-town, locally owned and run restaurant. It has a diverse selection of menu items at affordable prices. It was a great find!
Waited a over a hour for an under cooked dripping grease "tenderloin". Wait staff ignored us. Good luck! My family will never eat here again!
The ambiance was good (loved the privacy afforded by the high back booths) but for the price, the food was mediocre. This place was highly recommended by friends and maybe it was just an off night for the kitchen the night we went. Our server was really nice, so for her hospitality I give three stars. Otherwise it's 2 stars. Way over priced!!
