Monte Tarnol is an amazing asset this this company. He s the reason I work with them and the reason I will stay. He provides excellent service in preparing the client presentation and through the underwriting and until after the case in in force or during a claim. The Back9 online system is very easy to use and full of great resources. I haven t interacted with too many people aside from Monte but he always speaks highly of his back office team and they have been great in processing my cases. Highly recommend trying them out.
