When I went to cancel my membership due to moving out of state I was treated beyond rudely. The girl in the billing office should be fired. I was a member for over a decade. The place thinks they are way better than they are. If you are a senior citizen or a snooty wanna be housewife and enjoy incompetent rude staff and owners who only want your money- this place is for you.
Worked out on Father's day, was clean, not crowded and good machines and nice pool.
Facilities are great. Good value. Men's locker room could use an update.
Customer service is terrible. The membership reps can be very rude. I just renewed my membership and kind of regret it for this reason.
Won't be renewing for a third year for certain. Sad because i really enjoy the yoga classes, pool, and gym.
But you really need to treat your customers respectfully for how much we pay to be members.
Club member benefits and customer service has dramatically decreased while fees continue to rapidly increase. So many other, better choices. No longer a member due to lack of member & customer service. Not worth your money
Very nice facility for health & fitness. They provide a clean well kept area with plenty of machines and excercise equipment. Their staff is very polite, freindly and helpful.
So clean and beautiful. So many options and staff is so nice! Love coming here to relax.
At the Atlantic Club Cabana outdoor pools. Nice family oriented large outdoor pool with kiddie pool. Offering drinks, adult beverage and eats, but Dont get to excited about menu choices. It's a glorified kids "chicken finger" offering. Tableside service was nice and overall a nice time by the pool. Worth a try, but temper your expectations as this isn't a vacation club experience.
I LOVE MY GYM. The equipment is updated. The classes are fantastic. The trainers are consistent, my trainer s been there 10 years. I highly recommend Bryant Edwards for PT and then laps in the salt pool. The shop has an eclectic source of really nice and practical items. I never leave empty handed. As for the dining area, FANTASTIC service and food. Try the homemade soup or a smoothie or a gourmet sandwich. Really delicious. I always get a quart of the soup for later and a fresh smoothie. Very highly recommend!
