One of my go to sit down restaurants. Small menu but great food.

Just came out of this EXTREMELY nasty place with great service, but trashy food. I would NEVER go here again, and would DEFINENTLY NOT go to this terrible place.

Beware of an abbreviated menu on weekends. The items to choose from are their most expensive. Quality of food is poor. Crab stuffed chicken breast is crab mix sitting on top of chicken breast. We were a party of 6 and none of us would consider returning. Call ahead to check menu items available.

Food was really good but the service was a little slow. Waiter was nice and attentive.

First time I ever been there and I took a friend and it was awesome I will be back with family thank you so much 100% #romantic

Only burning hot water in the bathrooms. Is this really 2017? The food and location are good. However the 19 century bathroom only has one temperature water... hot! It was not pleasant for my 3 year old. I will be looking for an alternative place to eat when I am downtown.

Busy, but good service. Probably the best steak I have ever had.

Born and raised in a remote jungle in Africa and traveling across the United States,first time in town..good food and drinks at OK price.I was able to order food with no English.I highly recommend this restaurant for any Well-fed Westerner staying in the near by hotels.( Google translator)

Super slow service...had to ask bus boy for drink refills...took 40 min just to get 2 salads

Nice small plates, especially the nachos. Beers and (weak) cocktails are okay.

Really liked the food and loved the service at this establishment. I ordered the salmon and it was amazing. My peers ordered scallops and it looked amazing. My boss ordered the pork chop and it looked amazing. The chocolate cake was simply insane.

Fantastic cocktails and food. Had carnitas nachos.

I had Lolitta as my server and she was super amazing. Even offered of her own accord to validate my parking ticket! Definitely ask for her when you visit.

Way too busy - and loud. Food came out so quick that I'm sure it was all pre- cooked. Especially since it was dry and flavorless.

The food here was divine! I absolutely loved the steak, it was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. I would hands down come again.

Had the Schnitzel, and members of my group had the meatloaf and the stew. All were highly recommended!

We love this place!!! Atmosphere is perfection and the food is top notch!! Highly reccomend!!!

Burnt the the filet great piece of meat but way over cooked

I love the ambience of Arrogant Butcher. It was the closet highly rated restaurant so we had to try it right after we landed in Sky Harbour. We ordered 6 dishes and expected at least some of them to be okay or bad. All dishes were crazy good we emptied our plates. The service also was super. 5/5 must try!

The first time I came here when they opened they were incredibly rude. Now they are amazing. The bar is great and food is perfect. Bartenders did a great job and made our night great!

The atmosphere was great but some of there food is not as tasty as the restaurant will like to give it. There drinks are good and the location is right across the street of their basketball arena, baseball stadium and football stadium in Phoenix Arizona. If their food was good, I would want to go back. Unfortunately, I would have to pass on this restaurant to dine-in.

Great oysters and prime rib. Fantastic service and chill atmosphere. Good beer selection and cocktails as well. Highly recommended.

If I could eat here for all my meals, I sure would! I love the entire show here, from the water to the sweet desserts. Even Covid can't keep its greatness down.

Good cocktails and a varied menu. A little pricey, but there are some solid menu items (pretzel fondue) and healthy portions.

Ordered a medium steak, got it well done and burned on the edges. On the other hand the service was good.

Overpriced mediocre food. I had the shrimp tacos and they were okay, but certainly not worth the price that was paid. The rest of the guys I was with for our business meeting felt the same way. Will not be coming back unless someone else is paying. Service was good, but a smile with attentive service will only carry the restaurant so far.

Always a solid and delicious choice for a dinner downtown!

Food was good and cheap. We went at 4 and were lured in with the promise of sandwiches being offered but no entrees. After we were seated told that it was limited to salads and apps.

Food was way overpriced for such small portions. Nothing spectacular about it that would make me want to return.

Our waitress was phenomenal. She was attentive, accommodating, and pleasant. The best part of the meal.
The food was pretty good, but $18 for done meatloaf is a little pricey for me. That being said it was tasty.

Fantastic restaurant. The steaks here are always perfectly cooked, regardless of cut or how you like it. They nail it. I'm so impressed with the quality of food and the amazing service.

Food was fantastic, however arrogant is a good way to describe the staff. From the minute we walked in, we felt as though we where an inconvienience! Not the first time either, just forgot and went back. Will not be a third time.

Incredible food and service. Food was fast and tasty. Parking is a breeze at the nearby lot, and they validate for up to two hours. I came here for dinner, but I'm definitely coming back for lunch!

Food was mediocre at best, service was Friendly and attentive. They forget to validate our parking.

We were told they were out of prime rib but later overheard the staff talking to customers about still having some.

The quality of ingredients were workmanlike, the execution was subpar, the sauce on the meatloaf was more like something from chile's or Applebee's, the fish was fried at too low a temperature for too long, The fondue cheese was not hot enough, and the list goes on.

I ate dinner here on a really busy night. I got their signature beef short rib stew, which was awesome and came with a really good cornbread muffin. I went by myself and because the wait was so long, I took the only seat at the bar. The number of cooks working was impressive and needed to accommodate the crowds. I was impressed with how much fun they were having and how efficient they were. The menu is not extensive, which allows them to accommodate the large crowds in a timely manner and serve tasty food.

Busy at lunch, but we still got seated right away. The food was good, great atmosphere. I will be coming again.

Went there by mistake but was glad I did. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Can't wait to go back.

Had lunch there which was pretty decent. My co-worker and I got our leftovers boxed up and after signing the check left them on the table by accident and walked out. I realized and walked back in and they had thrown them out. I was like it hasn't even been 5 mins and the hostess says "sorry it's a health code violation, so we usually throw them out." I am more disappointed that the waitress didn't come out after us to let us know or at least wait a little bit to see if we would have come back. I've seen at other establishments wait staff will at least walk out to the sidewalk to look for patrons. I think the customer service could have been much better.

Great double pork chop, spinach and fried potato. Service was a little slow and sketchy, but not a bad experience.

Food was super tasty here! We had the prime rib and the burger for our mains and the flourless chocolate cake and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. The sticky toffee pudding was hands down one of the best I ve ever had. It came with praline walnuts and a coffee whipped cream, and was a really decent portion which I shared with my husband after he was done with his dessert. Would definitely return!

Mostly good food (pretzel rolls are a must ). Service was good. Every thing is expensive and the meatloaf isn't worth the money.

Great food, great cocktails. Smaller than usual portions and that s a good thing! Quality over quantity.

I've been to this restaurant before and overall it does a very good job. I would say of everyone's entree and the appetizers we shared for a party of five people, there are only two dishes that were subpar. My chicken enchiladas we're outstanding as we're the side of beans that came with it. But the second side was some kind of sauteed onion compote that just didn't seem to go with the other two ingredients. How about some Mexican rice or a blue corn cake? My friend ordered the clam chowder and said that it taste of too much of the flour and roux and not enough of the clams. I will be back since they earned a solid B+ in my book.

Great food, lemon drink with fruit was great. I laughed when I realized my meal looked just like the website, thats rare. My waitress Lauren? Was great.

Big group of gals went last week and had an awesome time. Great cocktails got us warmed up and the steaks were great.

Amazing food and awesome atmosphere! Worth checking out if you are in downtown.

when I tried to order a guy covered in blood came out of the back and yelled at me for misunderstanding schopenhauer and I can't prove it but I think he served me human meat

Service was not that great the food was ok, the desert not so great.

Best in town to get a good steak. Staff very attentive and friendly. Definitely on my favorite list.

Crab stuffed chicken was horribly dry/over cooked and the portion was small with no sides, except for a few shriveled pieces of spinach. Service was good.

The meatloaf is delicious, didn't care for the crispy buffalo thighs because they weren't crispy even though I specifically asked. I wouldn't recommend going in large groups because orders were mixed, waited to ask for straws etc. However, the entrees were delicious. Didn't like the jambalaya but the brussel sprouts were a must have.

Meatball and pretzel was wonderful. Gumbo a bit dry.
