The ARC is a awesome agency of what I have experienced in my week of orientation. Staff is very friendly and work as a team to assist you with fulfilling your job duties. I am glad that I have the opportunity of being a part of the ARC family.

HORRID PLACE TO WORK. STAFF ARE CLIQUES WITH SUPERVISORS. THEY PICK AND CHOOSE WHO DOES THEIR JOB CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY. A LOT OF FAVORTISM. I WAS BULLIED AND FOUND OUT WHY PPL WERE ABLE TO KEEP THEIR JOB ALTHOUGH MULTIPLE PPL HAVE HAD SITUATIONS WITH THEM. I CAN GO ON AND ON. THE PAY IS NOT ENOUGH FOR ALL YOU HAVE TO DO NOT TO MENTION THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF. ALL THEY DO IS EAT.. CURSE ..AND TWERK AND STAY ON CELL PHONES. I WOULDNT LET MY SEEING EYE DOG WORK FOR THEM.THEY DONT APPRECIATE GOOD HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES PERIOD.
