The Ambassador Hotel Bangkok Review

Is a hotel that has been open for a long time The atmosphere will look a bit magical. Great location near Nana BTS. Parking is a bit cramped but there is enough. Favorite is food The Emperor's Chinese restaurant, 2nd floor of the hotel, especially dim sum, tastes very good. We come to the seminar here often. Good room, keep the sound of the brakes is very good. Service is good. Attention to the staff is enough. Like to cut the score. If renovate to look modern, it should be very good

Convenience is good I feel the history of the facility

Nice, affordable rooms at the heart of the tourist neighborhood. Also located very close to the MRT. They also hosted a Muay Thai event during our stay with a discounted price for guests, which seemed to be a regular thing. Very fun.

Hotel is big,Good property but not clean,smell is comming in room,breakfast is okay.

Hotel guests are mainly based in India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Very stylish hotel, very close to the Bana Nana station, with many meeting rooms. SPA's foot massage is excellent!
But the benefits are only these, the counter staff's ability to respond is very poor, confirm the room condition is very long; the hotel is old and there is no modest update, half of the first floor store is closed or waiting for rental, business is light; the hotel will be selected at the beginning It is because there is a Muslim partner in the meeting who needs Hara food. The restaurant says there is but there is actually no! The conference room is very poorly soundproofed. The room is large but not very clean and has a damp taste.

It is in the prime area and there are lot of pubs, lounges nearby. It is also nesr to a popular mall and is walking distant from sky train. Hotel is beautiful, well lit and thoughtfully decorated. Swimming pool is huge and on third floor. Breakfast is good with few options for indians. Hotel staff is polite and fluent in english.

On the negative side, rooms are small. They dont have provisions for iron to press clothes. They have expensive laundry services though.

Tip. Dont hire tuk tuk or taxi near the hotel gates. Walk towards the main road and hire a taxi. Its cheaper to hire a taxi instead of tuk tuk. Try to insist taxi for metered fare.

Nice place to stay. Near many shopping malls around and Nana metro station is just 100 yards away. Lots of restaurants around. Liked it. Hotel have everything. It's not a high end hotel but still good place to stay. It has two wings. Tower and main. Tower wing is newer and renovated and tariff is higher than the main wing. There are 4/5 Bangladeshi resataurants along with Indian restaurants within the hotel premise and around. We will definitely stay at Ambassador hotel again.

Very central just five minutes walk to the skytrain Nana. And it's also very close to the terminal. Otherwise, everything is clean in the mourning Wing because it is quiet ..

Hotel is nice but can't say the same about hotel crowd.

A nice hotel located at Sukhumvit district in Bangkok. It s a very large hotel with 2 wings to it. It has all modern amenities- health club, restaurants, business center, amenities shops, good FnB restaurants etc. The rooms are large, clean n well maintained. Reception staff are polite n professional even when it s crowded. The hotel has 2 cafes n 2 restaurants which are all very good- prices are reasonable n the food is delicious. Health club is large with many training facilities including games such as Squash n Table Tennis. The pool is excellent n has a bar area. There are even boxing facilities with weights area at the gym. The location of the hotel is very central (Nana Station on the BTS subway) n it s just a stop away from the mall called T21, going further down the line one could easily reach the famous MBK mall, Central World Mall Platinum Mall n many other shopping areas- it s convenient. It was a delightful stay at this hotel as all staff were polite n attentive. Kudos.

Old yet well maintained hotel. Good customer service. Easy access to the town centre.

This hotel doesnt even merit a 3 star. There were cockroaches in the room, the doors and bathroom pipes were rusty, AC doesnt work and it makes noise.. still follow the old fashioned key method and have not moved to access cards. We got to know from the nearby Indian restaurants that they dont allow the food from the restaurants to be delivered there..

Room and bathroom is ok, but the attitude of allmost all staff members is pathetic. Even asking for EQUAL (low cal sugar) was frowned upon. House keeping has issues with replenishing trivial items like tea bags, creamer, sugar and water bottles in the room. Never before experienced such things in any hotel. Staff needs serious training in manners too.

Nice hotel with lot of amenities and centrally located. Inside shops ,restaurants and so many other facilities . Highly recommended for families and holidays ..

Please carry toothpaste with u.. This hotel doesnt provide simple toothpaste also.. Rooms were small.. No ventilation.. No proper cleaning of rooms.. Very limited complimentary itmes given. Staff was good. Simple request of providing dish n bowl was also not provided. Rigid on their rules.

A big and fine hotel. How many rooms are there?
There are many restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, where you can enjoy nightlife.
The downside is that the front staff are not very friendly.

Great hotel within good budget not that expensive and rooms in new tower are really comfortable

Nice rooms and big breakfast buffet in the morning. It's located close to several good coffee shops and restaurants. We had a problem with the lock on our door and were given a new room very quickly even though they seemed very busy.

Value for money, it's in central Sukhumvit road where it's easy to access skytrain and lots of restaurants nearby. I stayed here more than three times

It's a Budget hotel my types of rooms we can choose that according to our requirements and Budget it's a quiet big hotel rooms are ok but the lobby and restaurants and others are quiet big and better

Good hotel in reasonable cost. This hotel is one of the oldest hotel in Bangkok. I find this hotel is very reasonable in cost but satisfactory in service, though some rooms are very old. Since this hotel is very near to the famous Bumrungrad International Hospital, many people come here to take medical treatment. This is situated at suai 11 in sukumvit area. Actually this area is full of hotel and guest houses. Currency Exchange is very easy here, inside hotel there is exchange center, nearby there are few small shops of exchange facility, even in the road there are some mobile exchange shops. Transportation facility is also convenient here - one can easily catch a taxy, metro rail or bus to any part of the city. I find that a lot of muslim borders always stay here perhaps for there halal food facilities. Overall this is a place where I like to come again and again.

Nice place with reasonable rate closed to shopping malls . The buffet is excellent.

Do not I repeat do not book this hotel the rooms smells mouldy and I also got sick because of it you can also hear people voice from next door because it turns out there is door between two rooms.

So many Indian people staying in this hotel, and they are too noisy even late at night outside of the room. It shouldn t happen in such a hotel, bad experiences.

Very good restaurant in Bangkok. Comparatively nominal rate of accommodation. Complementary break fast is very good and tasty. Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food are available. Wheel chair can be used. Good hospitality by the staff. Easily visible from the main road and easily accessible from the road. They arrange local tour also. Good place to carry children.

Location is best. You have anything and everything just around the hotel. Staff is very friendly and they attend to you anytime of the day even at midnight. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are big enough. But the bathroom looks old. Some rooms have good views which are closer to lifts. Rooms have dull look not elegant at all. But I love the hotel for it's location.

Third class hotel in all respect such as service,front desk,room amenities.we stay there from 12/6/18 to 15/6/18.our experience is very bitter.Above that behavior af all staff are rude and arrogant.
