Seemed very nice and helpful at first, consult went well though Dr. Ahn seemed overly cocky/egotistical. I was sure I wanted my procedure and scheduled it and everything. Then they cancelled and told me they didn't feel it was safe since I mentioned in the past it was slightly difficult to knock me out under twilight sedation. I had my heart set on this and asked if I could speak with anesthesiology along with anyone who would understand my situation. I called and asked for calls back 4 times with nothing in response. I ended up getting my procedure with Dr. Frank Fechner who was AMAZING and worked with me instead of ignoring me. I am beyond thrilled the staff at Dr. Ahn's office turned out to be so rude to me, or I wouldn't have found Dr. Fechner who did better than I imagined and at over $2,000 less. I would not recommend getting a rhinoplasty with Dr. Ahn. I have had to get restalynne in my nose yearly after a secondary rhinoplasty in 2016 done for $12,500 upfront by Dr. Ahn. Secondary rhinoplasty caused an inverted V deformity which I have had to pay $1000.00+ per year in restalynne to correct. Mind you, this $1000.00 fee to correct the surgical mistake (Ahn taking out too much cartilage) is a yearly- for the rest of my life expense. I have felt ashamed, self-conscious, and upset about my nose since this procedure. It took a long time to save for the initial procedure and I struggle with the $1000.00 filler expense yearly. The bridge of my nose feels like there is an indent in it, over the last two years, the skin over the indent has sunken in. I worry about what my nose will look like as I age.
Extreme Professionalism by all staff. No waiting for appointment when on time. Botox always well done and always a follow up for results. Frexal laser was my first and the results ... Beyond expectation.
I wanted to wait to see how the results of my treatment turned out so I could leave and accurate review and I am beyond happy with how my skin looks!!! I had the fraxel laser treatment done by Rebecca and it has been around 2 months since my appointment and my skin is so much smoother, looks so much more supple and my acne scars have almost totally faded. I had a consultation with Dr Ahn initially and he was super kind and explained everything in great detail. All the staff that work here were kind, polite and super informative of the entire treatment process too. I will be coming back for another round of treatment in the near future. My experience with Dr Ahn for revision facelift and neck were outstanding. The result is exactly what I hoped for and the process of recovery was much quicker than I expected. I could go back in public about a week after the procedure with cover up I cannot recommend Dr Ahn highly enough.
Dr Ahn and his staff are amazing. Dr Ahn was able to give me the nose I always wanted. I am so incredibly happy I chose him to perform my surgery. His calm confidence put me at ease and he was really able to deliver what he said he would do. Many surgeons I went to see refused to use before and after imaging, which concerned me. I went to awcenter for some filler in December 2020. After getting lip filler I saw a bubble and dent on my bottom lip. I gave it time and came back for the follow up a couple weeks later. I was told they didn't want to remove the bubble and they added more. The bubble was still there and I came back for another follow up and was told they still don't want to remove it. I was just told that I have to wait and call back in another month for it to settle then they will see what they can do. They also sometimes don't use numbing cream on lips and it is very very painful. I also had cheek filler put in that took away from my cheekbones. I sent emails with pictures, called, and came in for follow ups for this as well. Initially I came in to smooth out some lines around my mouth but was told first I needed more cheekbone then some cheeks then they could smooth the lines. I agreed to this and was given half a vial of Lyft for cheekbones on each side and some other filler in my cheeks. At one of the follow up appointments I asked for the rest of the Lyft on my cheekbones since I only had half a vial on each side. After I asked specifically for this, filler was put into my face. I was charged a price that was lower and I was not expecting. Not until I got into my car and saw my face did I realize that I was not given Lyft. My face looked so off to me because more was added lower in my face and made the cheekbones look even less existent than before. I emailed them and was told they picked the "softer look" and they like it. Even though I did not want a softer look, I did not ask for it, and I did not like it. It was so bad I was constantly upset and even lost sleep over it. Despite how upset I was, I was told they would not take it out after I asked several times. I was also told they "do not recommend any more procedures at this time" (I was repeatedly told this over and over and over and this was the answer I got when I asked what could be done to fix it). I thank God for the person I went to after this because they fixed it for me and it looks very natural and just as I looked before. I can't stress how relieved I feel now. They didn't have to remove what was done because more was able to be added to my cheekbones and it all still fit my face yet awcenter kept saying they are "not going to add more" (I was not asking for more in my cheeks I wanted it gone and instead I wanted the other half of the Lyft vial on each side of the cheekbones like I asked for & like they said I needed originally). The new person I went to was shocked that I was denied it being removed and that awcenter could not see how the filler didn't follow my natural shape. After paying thousands of dollars at awcenter, I was hoping they would make it right and fix my lip at least. They do not care that I've had to wait since December with too much filler in my lower cheeks and bubbles on my lips. They want me to wait another month and still will not remove it and re-do it. I also was interested in talking to Dr. Ahn about my chin which is on the smaller side. I was originally told I could then after I continued to ask about how to reduce the cheeks and add more Lyft to my cheekbones they said I can't make an appointment with Dr. Ahn and "no other treatments are recommended at this time". I only went here because I had a consultation with Dr. Ahn in 2019 about revision rhinoplasty. He was professional, informative, and honest. Since he seemed ethical and different from other surgeons I wanted to go back to him for a little restoration as I continue to figure out what to do about a revision rhinoplasty. I think Dr. Ahn is nice and his photos show he is talented but I guess it depends if you can even be allowed an appointment with him. I have been very patient and didn't want to write this but it's really unfair to do something to someone's face they don't like or want and refuse to remove it at the very least. It feels horrible to be continually denied service and have to wait a really long time to hear back from them as I suffered with results I didn't like.

Dr. Ahn's skills are amazing and the results that I received from my upper eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) surgery completely super-exceeded my expectations. I had my surgery in March 2017 and it feels terrific to have eyelids and be able to wear eye shadow again!!!! I would recommend Dr. Ahn to anyone considering having this procedure done. Dr. Ahn was extremely attentive explaining all aspects of my procedures( Botox and Juvederm) Also explaining to me possible future procedures and the results I could anticipate. I initially arrived nervous as I had poor treatment results at a prior top rated plastic surgeon... but after speaking with Dr. Ahn I had no fear! I then was taken into another beautiful soothing room and met Rebecca the RN who would be administering my treatments along with 2 assistants! Everyone was extremely attentive and knowledgeable! I had no pain and was surprised when it was all over! I did not know until after that Rebecca is a top injector in the country! Well I am not surprised! I shall add that I drive 5 hours to their office and I am more than thrilled to come back over the next few months for more treatments. I absolute Recommend the follow up visit as it helps make sure you have no imperfections and that you are 110 percent happy with your outcome! I did not really need The follow up, but it was helpful and informative! I had my forehead and brow treated with Botox and Juvederm in laugh folds and lips!

having my tear troughs filled has been such a huge confidence booster. Although I am the only person who really sees the exact improvement in appearance, I have been getting so many subtle compliments. My father told me i look well rested. Cutest of all is my fianc asking if I whitened my teeth. I had actually had a shoulder injury and been slacking on brushing a bit so my youthful eyes must have looked really amazing to make my teeth appear whiter. Thank you Rebecca, you are my angel!
