This is not about the plays, this is about the service. This group farms out its administrative functions to some cut rate operation whose computers always seem to be down, etc. A simple attempt to buy tickets turned into a nightmare as my elderly parents and I went from NJ to the city only to find no record of the purchase or even my current subscription! This was after 2 voicemails, the second saying the tickets would be waiting at the box office! A call back to them unearthed that the supervisor, who needs to straighten this out, is not readily available and a note would be put on her desk about this. I'm still waiting for a call back. Is this any way to run a business??
My advice: Buy TACT tickets from tdf or at the box office!!
