Nice atmosphere, saw Gary Roman as Elvis, brilliant night as always, not suitable for wheelchair users as there are steps at the front, maybe accessable at rear, this will have to be confirmed.

My wife and I have stayed here often and have always had a great time here. The staff are friendly and attentive and the bedrooms are well equipped and clean with (most important) comfortable beds. Some rooms have views over the river Thames. The Trevi restaurant has a varied menu to suit just about everyone, breakfast is self service buffet style full English with foods to cater for vegetarians. On most Saturdays there is live music which is really good and lively. We give this hotel a 5 star rating and fully recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

Had a lovely night here. Great location right on the Thames (with a lovely walking route alongside it) and a short walk to the town centre). We stayed in the family room and that suited us fine. Adjoining type room for the kids was a bonus. Not the most immaculate room but clean and suited us fine. Breakfast was also lovely and quiet. We used this as a base for a day trip to Legoland the next day and it was a perfect place for that and would definitely use this hotel again. Thank you.

The hotel staff here is very friendly. This place has a restaurant and bar too which serve good food and breakfast. Quite helpful if you are feeling lazy to leave your hotel for dinner. The hotel building is a bit old and the room I stayed at seemed somewhat smaller than what I would have expected, but the courteous staff are sure to make your stay a pleasant experience.

I wish to give more stars but I don't have a reason to. The reception lady seemed annoyed, the room needed hovering very badly, walls are paper-thin and the shower basically needs replacement. The other staff members were nice though.

The small hotel is a bit old, yet it has a certain charm. The room was very clean and good enough to spend 2 days there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is in British so with fried eggs, sausage, potatoes and soups

Booked this hotel for a birthday and to visit Thorpe Park the location was great although i booked it thinking the rooms would look like they do in the pictures, FAR FROM IT. when we arrived in the room (no 4) we had a ground floor room the doors opening to go out into the garden wouldn't close properly so anyone could of come in the room at any time. I then requested to move as it didn't feel safe the lady at reception was understanding. Then we had a room on the first floor (no 38). This room was so run down rips on chairs old bathroom, old decor and smelt like damp. It was really disappointing thinking that i had paid for two nights and it was for a birthday. They're asking around 90 per night on the weekend. Feel like i've been robbed
