I liked their innovative ideas and their affordable price. And their clear explanation and guidance to invest in the property are excellent.

TGS Constructions is a company providing affordable flats at a very low cost which is much lower than market rates. I found that out and learnt about the company from the web. I investigated a lot about the company and talked with the past customers and found nothing wrong. So I booked the flats in one of their projects named TGS Central in BTM Layout which I got much cheaper. I was happy.

Cheaters big time
My 7 lakh is stuck in fake tgs springfield project.
The project failed to take off.

TGS constructions is offering flats and plots with less prices and good amenities. And having good customer feedback. It is updating all the details regarding projects to their customers. Keep it up TGS.

The quality of under construction projects is good. The construction works also going fast.

Today I checked TGS Switerland project near Jeevan Bhima Nagar. The land they showed me does not have any boards mentioning their names.I was convinced to book a flat there. I also checked that all their projects are not even started expect EC silicon valley. After going through all the reviews I am confused and I decided to cancel my post dated cheque

I have invested Rs.5.00 lakhs in TGS Vaishnavi. Can anybody please let me know the present status ? All of us together can fight to get back the money . Please let me know others who have invested in this project.

Booked plot in Dhanlakshmi I m happy that pre launch is closed and got confirmation they are in the stage of documentation and I'm getting proper communication about my project. I'm really happy with TGS.

Its a FRAUD Company and I wonder why Media is not taking this up to PUBLIC and publishing in NEWS paper as well.Many hard earned money people can be saved by their cheating. I too have booked and it got bounced and we have no clue weather they will refund the amount or not.

pathetic experience... in one word?... cheats... first they promise to return your booking amount if you are not satisfied... then they give a post dated cheque after 3 months which bounces ( for me and my friend)... then they promise to give you a DD after another month... then they come up with one lousy excuse or the other to defer the date... and ultimately stop taking your calls... will advice people to go homeless but not buy anything from TGS...

I searched a lot for flats within Rs. 25 lakhs near BTM layout, Bangalore but was not able to find any. I learnt about TGS Constructions and came to know that they have TGS Boston in J P Nagar. I went and had a discussion with their office staff, went for site visit and saw their constructions. I did lot of due diligence about the builder and decided to go for it as a 2 BHK flat was available at a price lesser than my budget. I checked the papers and found out that everything was genuine and booked the flat. I am happy.

TGS constructions is having quality of projects. It is having a ready to move project by name TGS Silicon Valley which is located in Electronic city.

This company is planning to cheat in very big way, I feel it is an fraud company, because I booked 2 bhk apartment in their project maldevs near bel road, In the month of December 2015, by paying 7.56 lakhs, but till date they fail to keep up there promise to issue
MoU ( notarised) nor return my money,
Now, I am planning lodge a complaint with police and also planning to proceed legally against this company, they told me at the time of booking , they will going to start work in the month of Jan 2016, but till date no progress, and all there project , only they will show raw land, even it is not register in there company name, just they paid token advance to land owners and start advertising in leading news paper and selling , after collecting money as advance from you , no one is available or respond our calls even when you reach their head office only young girls will attend you but
No answer for your needs, I appeal all public not to trust this kind of companies

Since CID of police took over the entire TGS cases , all customer keep all your original documents and give formal complient in madivala police station and file case in the court. all the settlement will be done through court. It comes under Economic offence. one more written complient to South East Zone DCP-Koramagala police station.

The look and quality of Silicon Valley project are pretty nice

Anybody has booked in TGS MOSCOW project near Manyata Tech park? Location seems to be good but any idea when the land will be handed over to TGS from the land owner? Please let me know if anybody has any update on this project.

I had to cancel the deal with TGS as the documents were not legally bound. Initially, 30% down payment was done. When I asked for a refund of the same, TGS has given three cheques which can be claimed only after three months. I just wanted to know if anyone has gone through similar scenario with TGS and got the money back ? Please let me know! Thanks.

Worst when it comes to settling money. The accountants are least bothered to pick the call and treat the customer as if they are doing favor.

Till now I'm very happy and I trust them, because ,the way their interaction with the customer is very nice. They are very informative and they will guide the customers to choose their dream home. And I hope so soon makes us more happy by starting the construction of TGS Milan.

Worst company i ever seen, i dont know how do i get my money back paid 2.5 lakh for lakshmi project last year till now they dint strated can any one tell me how do i get my money tgs office is closed and they switched off their mobile

Given post dated cheque having 3 month time. We presented the cheque got bounced.

If a company is not going to clear a cheque for an amount of 1.5 lakhs the how they are going to construct and give a plot.

never before , it was worst experience with TGS I paid 2 lakh for project behind esteem mall hebbhal, but its not in TGS name owner has not transferred the property yet, atlast I fought with ASM to return my check back

They have collected 4 lakhs from me and the project name called saraswathi near art of living in kanakapura road. Now no one is responding neither no work started. Kind request to all please do not fall for their trap. These guys are professional cheaters.

Utter careless customer service I have never seen. False promises, no response to our calls nor messages not emails. Getting money first n kicking customers is their style. CRM nor Manager nor any higher person take responsibility. No value for your hard earned money.

It is a 3rd class company. They collect booking amount and pay a part of it to politicians and police to safeguard them.

Guys please don't even think of buying anything from tgs or gruhakalyan or dreamz properties.. they r all fake company.. When I went to ask for my refund they said they will give a check dated three months from now.its been 15 days still have not recieved any check from them... I met many other customers like me who have recieved checks but it has bounced... So pls don't go it.. if u guys know what I should do so that I get my money back pls respond to this review.. my humble request is for u guys is not to pay any money to them..

These guys are totally fraud. I made an booking and later realised that they are cheating and got it cancelled and received a post date cheaque which got bounced today.

Me and my friend booked a flats few days back TGS Rockford in HSR Layout, before booking their words like every thing is in your hands. after booking they changed their words like asking more money and different conditions etc. and they are not good in real estate so we cancelled it.

My opinion is don't go for TGS...

Hello All, I HAVE BOOK TGS NEW YORK PROJECT IN JUNE 2015 AS THEY PROMISED ME THAT THE POSSESSION WILL BE READY IN 20 MONTHS AND SHOWED ME SITE OPP. TO MEENAKSHI MALL WITHOUT ANY BOARD OF THEM. THEY CONVINCED STATING THAT THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN SOLD BY THE LANDLORD DUE TO SOME DISPUTES THEY DONT HAVE THE LEGAL PAPERS, I PAID 1 LAC WHILE BOOKING AND PAID REST 5 LACS IN NEXT 30 DAYS. TILL DEC 2015 THERE WAS NO SIGN OF CONSTRUCTION AND THE SITE WAS AS IT IS SINCE. I DECIDED AND CANCELLED THE BOOKING IN DEC 2015, AS PER THEIR NORMS THEY GIVE REFUND AFTER 72 DAYS AND THEY GAVE ME 3 CHEQUES 2 LACS EACH DATED 23RD MARCH 2016. WHEN I DEPOSITED THE CHEQUES THEY BOUNCED BACK STATING INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, I WENT BACK TO TGS AND THEY ASKED TO RE-DEPOSIT THE CHEQUE AND PROMISED ME THEY WOULD CLEAR THE PAYMENT. I RE-DEPOSITED THE CHEQUES, AGAIN THEY BOUNCED BACK. WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME DD (DEMAND DRAFT). I WENT TO TGS TODAY I.E. 18TH MAY 2016 AND THEY STILL DONT HAVE A DD READY AND ASKED ME TO COME TOMORROW. THIS COMPANY IS MERE FRAUD AND THEY ARE LOOTING MONEY. THEY DONT HAVE ANY LANDS, PROJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION OR EVEN MONEY TO GIVE BACK TO THE CUSTOMER, PLEASE DONT DO ANY BOOKING AND YOUR MONEY AND TIME, I AM STILL JUST GOING TO AND FRO TO GET MY 6 LACS BACK FROM THEM WHICH IS A HUGE AMOUNT.

If you are seeing any good reviews here, trust me it's all done from their employees. It is a fraud company.

TGS announced that they are going to deliver my project with in 20 days. Yesterday I visited Silicon valley project, every thing is fine. I am very happy for that.

They are fraud.tgs, dreams n gruhakalyan are same people with different names to cheat people.

They Launched more than thirty projects in one shot, and all are pre-launched state(No Construction started), and selling in daam cheap price.PLZ UNDERSTAND THEIR INTENTION, If they really want to deliver projects....they launch one by one in small scale.

Not even 1 star.. In INDIA we can't sue someone else all the customer of TGS might hv sue them. Not only customer Land owners are not getting money and they are filing cases against them.
None of TGS PROJECT EXIST in reality.they may tell u about ecity which belongs to different builder and is joint venture( name of TGS belongs to other builder) for that also they not made payment to builder.

difficult to get in touch with CRM. Phone will be ringing and nobody will answer and if by mistake they receive the call will say will call you back in 2 minutes and that is it will never get the call or they will reply to your mails or to SMS .

Still not aware of the project which they are going to start at nagadevanahalli, Namelly TGS Moritues, we 10 members have booked and made initial payment also waiting for the document to get. that itself have taken 2 Months, as they informed us it will be starting within 5months, now 2 months are over let us see what will happen. if anything goes wrong we will gather together and withdraw the money which is deposited.

TGS construction's don't have any floats OR Sites, It's a Bogus Company.

Horrible to say the least. These people are making life miserable for all investors. Once a cancellation is requested, they do not entertain any phone calls. Even the numbers shared by the cancellation team members are not answered. They keep asking us to wait or come another day or go to another building. Wonder what came onto us that we made this investment at all. Please DO NOT TRUST TGS constructions at all. Your time and money are not worth it.
