TFG Financial Solutions Review

For any loan and financing do not get into tfg Trap/scam.
They are so smart and RIP your business. They don t emotions and dont care if you get bankrupt.
Also you dont go direct to them, you may go somewhere for truck financing (like : tfs- total fleet solution: another scam), then they will say your truck loan is approved. But that will be from TFG.
So dont sign any documents before knowing all the lease conditions and interest they charge for the term.
In short do not go to TFG and TFS(total fleet solution), because if you go means you will end up closing your business in loss.

Once you sign the lease they basically ignore you. You call, leave messages, and they don t return them. Had to claim bankruptcy and their response about the truck was, it will make my job easier (if you do) . DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM!!

Over promised and under delivered. Spoke poor English. Horrible listener, asked same questions twice.

I have tried MULTIPLE TIMES to contact TFG about my loan and left multiple messages for them to call.me back but of weeks go by and I never hear a single word from them..its in my opinion the worst finance company you could possibly go with..if a dealership says that's the only finance company for you then run and run far and fast

worst company ever dealt with. They dont help us after lease is done. waiting since march 26th 2018 for payout from them and today is april 13th2018 still havent got nothing from them

They don't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely horrible customer service experience. Can't even get a call back or a response for my own vehicle buyout. DO NOT GO WITH THEM AT ALL

Not very good at customer service they don't care what you want they don't listen please don't deal with this company save your money and go somewhere else..

I have called for 5 days now to get some information on our lease. 2 days after holding for 20+ minutes their system automatically places you on a call back list but you WILL NOT GET A CALL BACK - this is the worst finance company we have ever dealt with !!!

Totally agree with other 1 star reviews! I would give zero stars if I could. DO yourself a favour and learn from others mistakes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I've read the reviews and personally I disagree.

The TFG Powerlease program helped me get into a new truck after some major financial issues.
When I needed to talk to someone I did not call customer service and leave a message, I emailed my contact and got a reply in a day.

I'm a self sufficient individual, I don't need a babysitter or someone to manage my income, I just needed an opportunity, and TFG gave me that.

The process was straightforward, easy to understand and very quick.

Know what you want, know what you need, know what your agreeing to, and know what you'll get before you sign your lease.
You'll be happier for it in the end.

Company would not work with me because I have a female owned company. When they thought my husband owned the business he was approved without issue when found out it was women owned they asked for tons and tons of documents just to be denied.

Zero customer service after the lease is signed.

I wish i can give 0 star. My truck under lease with tfg. need a storage policy authorization all ready waiting 2 weeks. Still No response.if any happens on my truck then not cover anything. Tfg customers service not even deserve 1 star.
