Everyone who helped us was so kind and respectful during our grieving process. Everything was handled so professionally.

The first time I came to Ted Mayr was 28 years ago when my daughter Tiffani died. I was treated with such kindness and respect. My mom was here, my FIL was here, my bonus son was here and now my husband Mark on the same day as my daughter came here. I can't say enough about the compassion, respect, and kindness I received from Allison, Amy and all the other staff on hand. It is a peaceful place and calming knowing my husband and other loved ones have been cared for gentlely. Thank you all so very much.

Words can t express How happy I was with my dad services on December 28 2019. The representatives from the mortuary arrived at my house to pick up my dad s body were very respectful, courteous, professional. This is our second time using this funeral home first time was for my mother in 2009 and will continue to use this home for future services. I would like to commend, Bo Bailkousheu, in, Ventura, CA, for assisting me in regards to advanced planning and prearrangement for a funeral. By being empathetic and caring concerning the arrangements that I had to make for my Dad after his death, instead of before it, Bo emphasized the importance of being in control and making decisions for myself through the prearrangement of various details. He also realized what was important to me with my Jewish background, and was able to guide me through the process of various choices with ease.
Bo also said that he would be happy to meet me at Ivy Lawn in, Ventura, in order to ease the process of discussing details with them, which I greatly appreciate.
Thus, I would also like to thank, Bo, for helping to make this process for me much easier than I expected that it would be.

I don't know what we would have done without the help of Alison, Patty, and Amy. They made the whole process from beginning to end of planning my aunts funeral very easy. My mother recently passed and we used Ted Mayr for our needs.
This was my first experience dealing with the death of a loved one.
Everyone there was very helpful and compassionate.
They took care of the whole process involved from beginning to end, which took the burden off of our family.

My family has been using for funeral arrangements from Ted Mayr since the 90's my brother-in-law and husband use to deliver flower arrangements from Andy's Flower Shop since 1950 and 1970's we have always been treated with love and affection especially from Sherry Scott and Alison Balding in fact I had to use Alison's help in handling my sister's passing 3-14-2020. Ted Mayr has handled all of my family's passing with love and affection. In my opinion they are the only funeral home, they have been used 9 times and my own arrangements have been put in the hands of Ted Mayr as many of my family are going to us them also. Death is something that all of us are going to do someday and thank God my services will be held by Ted Mayr.

Alison has been great for our family over the last 9 years. She did a great job for our family both before, during, and after the services. She is friendly, compassionate, caring, and extremely helpful. She is on top of everything. I would highly recommend Alison and the Ted Mayer Funeral home.

Called from DC to try to find the record of a descendent that was burried by Ted Mayr according to the death certificate and worked with Nate.

He went above and beyond to search for my descendent's record. Ultimately my request could not be filled, however the time, compassion and genuineness Nate conveyed over the phone was second to none. I was thoroughly impressed with his commitment as well as his timeliness in execution/returned calls.

Our family has used Ted Mayr for years and in every instance they have proven to be caring, compassionate and understanding of the family s needs. We recently lost our mom, Bettie Rogers and our funeral director, Allyson was just wonderful. Her compassion and patience with the family was remarkable.
