We just closed our recent refi with Texas Lending this week. Our Loan Officer was Brett Russell and he was the easiest person to work with, we really enjoyed our experience. Brett and Texas Lending made the entire process so painless and easy. The daily automated email updates and videos on the loan process were extremely helpful. Being able to digitally upload documents yourself to your own loan file was so easy and such a time saver. Brett had the perfect amount of communication and was not over bearing at all. Any questions we had Brett answered them quickly and honestly, no hidden tricks or fees. He even respected our time while we were on vacation for a few days and still closed our loan on time. I would definitely recommend Texas Lending for your next mortgage and be sure to ask for Brett! Thank you Texas Lending!

Texas Lending was able to get our refinance done in significantly less time than we had expected. Their rates were the lowest we found and fees were reasonable. The communication with our loan consultant, Derrick, was great. He made himself available to us along the way and went the extra mile to help get our loan moved through quickly. I have owned 5 homes in my life time since leaving the military. I have financed and refinanced numerous times with many financial institutes as the interest rates changed or I needed to draw from equity for home improvements, debt consolidation etc. When I moved to the Dallas area in 1997 I started seeing their commercials. I kept it in mind. After a few years of owning our home the interest rates went down and we decided to check rates. I called this place and my call was not returned. Again I called and again no return call. I went elsewhere. A few years later again I saw the commercial and decided to try again as rates had changed. I got through then. We gave the required info and waited. I had also shopped around with other lenders. I had not gotten a response from them after a few days. I called them and was told I had been denied. I asked why. They said credit did not pass. I asked how. I have 1 house payment, 2 car payments and 3 credit cards all up to date payment wise for several years. My score is over 800. They told me I would get a letter. I went with another lender with the lowest rate at the time around 4% which 2 financial lenders had fought to get my business. I don't know why as I never got that letter. Guess I should have had the BBB check them out at the time. I wasn't concerned at the time. Now I really wonder why they did not. I was employed earning $100+K at the time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - it is like a bad relationship that we should have broken up with months ago. We kept hanging on thinking it would get better, believing the excuses, the poor treatment of us as clients, and it never got better. The quality is awful and there is no integrity. We have still not closed though we have signed papers to close multiple times. I'm baffled by this company and the lack of respect, honesty and follow through. I would give zero stars if I could. I am always very complimentary and give great reviews, I am frustrated beyond belief.

We closed on our investment property with Texas lending. William was a great help, he was very respectful and professional through out the process. We were able to close earlier than we expected and they worked so hard to get everything done in place. Thank you so much for all the Texas lending team!

As a technician I try to provide the best experience and customer service possible. I can truly say that Joe byers and the team made the process so easy my wife and I were speechless in the end. True professionalism all the way through the home buying process. Prompt, professional from beginning to end. If in the future are buy another home I will use them without a doubt!
