Tiziano Hernandez scheduled an appointment with us...

Tiziano Hernandez scheduled an appointment with us to view a property, and since we are moving from another city we scheduled our appointment 3 days ahead of time so we had the time to make the trip. On the day of the appointment, we arrived 30 minutes early than the scheduled time, and waited until 15 minutes after the scheduled time. We gave Mr. Hernandez a call to let him know we had arrived, with no answer. Still, we waited until it was time to leave for our next appointment with no answer or word from Mr. Hernandez. After looking up the listing while waiting, it turns out the property was under contract and pending approval, and he had not even taken the 5 minutes it would have taken to let us know. Not only were we left waiting around for no reason, but he could not even answer our phone call the day of the appointment. Do not use these people, they will absolutely waste your time.

Oh yes! This is the company I work with. Our broker and mentors are top notch and we have combined over 50 years of experience. When I call my broker or mentor I get an immediate reply. Any questions I need are answered and they give me full support. I was trained the way I learn. Hard to get someone to adjust to the way you need to be taught. If you are looking for a great brokerage you owe it to yourself to interview this brokerage. Tell them Carolle sent you. Ask to be a mentee of Fernando's.

Danny Gonzales had very poor phone etiquette when speaking to him about his own personal rental property. He first answered my call to only then put me on hold briefly then returned without an introduction and went to ask a million questions. I understand the owner has requisites for his future tenant but also professionalism from the owner himself is a major concern to all tenants about their future landlords. Glad I dodged that bullet.

Sim Chandler was the listing agent of a property we were going to buy. Her strategy was to drag her feet after we gave them a good offer and then after a week back and forth, and us agreeing to their terms, they took another offer. My agent said she dragged her feet contacting her back every time we tried to communicate. It was not only unprofessional but we are now stuck with having to deal with an apartment lease that we thought we were not going to have to sign. Bad business tactics, unprofessional behavior and telling her clients is was ok to list a property with a broken septic system and then not want to empty it out after living there for years. I m glad it didn t work out. There s no telling what else would come up with an inspection. Good riddance.
