Food was good. They do cook a food steak. Drinks are averag price and staff is nice.

I like the bread and honey butter and those steaks!

Pre Birthday dinner, service was impeccable. Now the food, not so much. My ribeye was burnt!!!! Even the mushrooms, i ate the luke warm sweet potato, manger did replace the steak, cooked well full of salt, drink was TOO sour, picture of 2nd steak

In town visiting my Father-in law, decided to do curbside service. The customer service was good but the steak was not good. The steak was tuff, bloody (ordered it medium well), flavorless. Very disappointing.

The rolls are incredible and there is no limit to how many baskets they will give (at least to my knowledge). Staff is friendly and my steak is always cooked exactly how I want it. Great experience

Had a great time. We had our Christmas lunch for work. 15 people and our Waitress was one of the best I have had in a long time.

The hostess and waitress were great.my husband ordered country fried steak with gravy and it was disgusting. The steak was so tough we had to tell the waitress to take it back. The manager was nice enough to give us a country fried chicken to go. I had salmon and rice and green beans witch was mediocer. The blooming onions were mediocre also. The best thing was the rolls and butter. Don't think I will go back.

Great food. Best steak we have ever eaten. Moderate prices, staff is very friendly and owner comes by your table to check and make sure you are happy with everything.

Me and my wife Love this place.The foods great and the service is just as good. We eat here a lot ,never a complaint. Don't ever close because we don't have any decent restaurants in Madison Heights. We come to Lynchburg to get a good meal. David and Roberta MARTIN.

First time visit with my family. Drove 45mins to try them out and was quite disappointed in the steaks. Shrimp and veggies were on point but the steaks were over cooked and very chewy. We went on a weekend so they were very busy but still expected better than this for the price we paid. Waitress was very kind and gave us everything we needed. The establishment was very crowded on the weekend and noisy but that's expected for a steak house. If your wanting a quite place to have dinner, don't go on the weekends but if your wanting to have a great time with friends, it's the place. Bathrooms were well kept and other staff were very polite.

Best pork chop I ever ate!!!!! You could cut it with a fork!!!! The wait staff exemplifies southern hospitality!!!!!!!!

I didn't like having to scan my menu. I'm used to the actual menu. We were a table of 7 and they brought 4 rolls lol, we had to ask for more... When I ordered my steak, I wanted prime rib and they were all out, so I had to go with a sirloin. It was ok, but it could have been better. I dipped it in Worcestershire sauce for more taste.

Always love eating here. Great tasting food, and they always cook my steak exactly how I like it. If I ask for medium rare, I actually get it medium rare, and that's "rare".

One of the best steak houses I've been to. My husband and I, my daughter, and her friend had a great dinner. The only drawback is the wait.

Have be a satisfied customer for years. Decided the wait was to long and ordered take out . All the items were not included with my order. Called back and they stated that in was fabricating after 2 mins of having someone argue with me . Got the manager on the phone and he was aware that all items was not included once he spoke with the kitchen. My last time order from Texas Roadhouse.

This place is awesome! It's my go to for birthdays and hang outs with my friends. Pricing is fair. The atmosphere in the restaurant is fun and exciting. Would definitely recommend!!

The food was pretty good but, I'll tell you why they earned 5 stars. It was the service. The server was truly outstanding! She was friendly and quick. I never ran out of a drink and she made sure we were okay without being overbearing! If you want great service and good food...this is the place to go!

Horribly busy and understaffed for a Friday night. The waitress barely came to our table and forgot anything we asked her to bring.

Great food and service as usual. Texas roadhouse never disappoints no matter the location. Steak was juicy and tender ribs were delicious. I always try to go to Texas if they have it in the city I'm staying this one did not disappoint. A++

My all time favorite resteraunt in Lynchburg. A little more expensive than similar options such as Applebees, and chili's, but well worth. Cheaper than other steakhouse like Outback, or other comparable places. Well worth the cost, as the food here is amazing, and the service is wonderful as well. They also have a great birthday tradition as well if you decide to celebrate there.

This was the best experience that my family has had here. The food was excellent and the waitress was the best one we had ever had here. We did have to wait for a table but it was worth the wait. They have the best steaks.

Prime rib was excellent! Reasonably priced and didn't wait long at all for food to arrive at 6pm on a Sunday

Prices are reasonable, service has always been great! Wish the parking was more open, but great atmosphere! Food is well portioned and good variety with great taste for the southern palette.

I love this place I waited around Lynchburg for 3 hour's until they opened I love this place so much wish I had one closer to home it's an hour and a half from where I live.

I would rather be waterborded. Whatever time they say the wait will be double it.
So after waiting an hour and a half I am told by management that they are trying to fit square pegs in round holes. Not that complicated but when party's of 10 come in (after my party of 7) gets seated almost immediately I believe that falls into incompetent management. Finally get a seat and they are out of coke. Get better service at McDonald's down the road

I love this place its my favorite restaurant they make sure your experience there is perfect and if for some reason everything isn't perfect for you they fix it so you will be 100% satisfied before you leave everytime.

Love the steak kabob, green beans, and loaded sweet potato. AWESOME.

Service is always great. The food is consistently quite good. Have eaten here 10+ times and will be back!
