This place is not customer service oriented. Management would not find solutions for common issues. If contract, some procedures are not clear or not follow, no all employees on the same page. If paying by day you could get charged 3-4 times the same amount (machines not working). Over all over all they know you must use their service, so they don't feel like they have to work anything with you to assist you. You have a contract, you pay monthly, but if for any reason you dont have your card you MUST pay even though they can pull your records and see your licence plate.
