Bought a stater for my kw. The plastic was cracked. By the time I took it off the box it was to late,I was 40mins away. So I tried calling them. To see what are my options. Of course they didn't pick up. I had to deliver a load so I installed it. It cracked even more. Once I was done delivering. I took it off. Tried calling them and no pick up. I drove 40mins and calling them on the way and you guess it, they didn't pick up. Once I got there. The mechanic told me the other guy was kn break. 35mins later he got there. I told him the issue. Told me I voided the warranty by installing it. After 15mins of no help, just saying he can't do nothing just decided to leave. If I knew it was going to be like that I would of just bought one from offer up or craiglist, for alot less.

I am very disappointed with the way they conducted business. I spent 8k on a fuel pump replacement for my truck. Its absurd to charge that kind of time for labor for just a fuel pump. They are 24 hours but only one guy was able to work on my truck the whole time so he was off on the weekend so my truck just sat up for 2 extra days. I have a few more things I need to get worked on but I will do it myself before I pay another 4k in labor to change a 3k part.

Came in with a poor quality def and engine derate massages! 1st tech said it was rear nox sensor problem, OK replaced. Test drove it, came back all lights and messages were gone, looking good so far. However, truck owner took it down for about 65 miles distance and all problems came back as it was first came in. Took the truck back and got charged for second time for what they so call diagnosis ( paid twice for diagnosises for the same complaint within less than 20hrs). Now 2nd tech said def doser need to be replace, ok do it. Thought it would take around 3hrs to replace a def doser+ regen + test drive. But after he replaced the doser and regen and hejust disappeared. Waited for 45 mins. nobody so up, went into the office they said have to wait 2 1/2 for the 2nd shift to come in and drive test. These people just wasted so must time for a work that can be quick...smh!!

MOST HONEST Shop Ever !!!!!
First went in for a clutch adjustment expecting the worst . Tech told me clutch looked new, adjustment perfect and clutch brake good. A few weeks later went in with problem of getting in gear while stopped. I went in asking them to replace my slave cylinder as I thought that would solve my problem. Tech said before he would replace he would check it out first. I agreed. Come to find out the grease fitting for throw out bearing wasn t accepting grease. Said he would replace fitting but after messing with it the fitting took grease, therefore no charge for new fitting. Glad I took the Tech s advice. Saved my hundreds of $$$$. Plenty of room to bring in trailer. Went back the second time because dealer was Honest and got me in Quickly the first time.I driver a Kenworth so I don t have issues, but if I do they are my Dealer of Choice !!!!

Well I was at Kenworth because I needed my stacks ...

Well I was at Kenworth because I needed my stacks fixed on the truck, the driver side had a hole in it and the clamp was broken. So they replaced the elbow with a new one that was ordered. But the new one that was put on was sticking way out, to the point I could put my full arm behind it and out the other side. So I asked the tech how could they not see that it wasn't on right, all they had to do was look at the right side of the truck for a reference on how it should look..., so I was a bit mad about this, yes. But the good thing is after they seen I wasn't happy with the work, they got a guy right on the job in that next hr to fix it. His name is Eric, a good tech that works on the overnight shift he have red hair ... But Eric and a few other workers talked to me and I explained how it should look. He then got my truck back into the shop and got to work on it, cutting the parts that was too long to the right fitting size to fix the problem. It took about 4hr but I didn't care long as it was corrected. My experience started out bad, but in the end it was fixed and Eric showed that he cared about the customer need. Thanks MHC Kenworth for fixing your mistake, good work! It let me know I can return to you guys when needed in the future!

service is terrible bring them the truck with a code with an injector failing the truck was guarantee because only had a few days to buy it there, spent more than a week to fix it, take it out on a Friday and Saturday (next day)have to go back with the same problem only they had cleaned up the code,the second time they change the injector but spend one week more ,it is the that's the worst Kenworth across the country and I see that no manager there cares improve service and your reputation is pretty bad according to all the comments I read here

Good morning, I am Latino and I do not speak much English on March 10, 2019 at 10:45 am I arrived at the sales area, I was attended by a young boy who must train him for customer service, he treated me very badly he did not know how to help me find the part that I needed and immediately told the person who was behind me to pass by to take care of him, I stepped aside and waited for the other dependent to vacate, and in spite of my bad English the other dependent solved me A very patient and pleasant way my spare.
The next person who attended the boy also treated him badly and the salesman who was at his side had to intervene to solve the problem.
Then the boy said aloud in Spanish they have to come with the part number but they go in chinga (sorry for the word) but that's what the boy said.
My intention is not to dismiss the boy but to be taught to be more careful with clients and patient.

Service was good. They did tow my hauler, but didn't hook me back up after they detached my rig. The entrance, exit needs to be re-thought, that's dumb, but maybe it's for security purposes. It's still dumb.

Morning guys, it s Saturday morning and I had a little issue with my truck. The branch manager, BJ Tarver reached out and assisted me. You don t hear about a lot of branch managers that will reach out to you on a Saturday, but he did. Honestly all 5 phases of the dealership run at tip top shape. Only reason I m putting a 5 here is because I can t put 100. Great job MHC

These guys can't even answer a damn phone was on hold for 12min then they hang up, I call right back they answer and hang up right away like they don't want to talk to you, I guess I'll just drive to the next kenworth sense these guys don't want my business.

I was here about a month ago for the A/C in my truck I get the it was 4 hours before the looked at my truck I get told that the the compressed is out and the would be replaced and the dryer as well . At 7:30 I go check the status it was done. I never got a call that my truck was ready to go. I go back to my truck get in it atar it up and the engine fan was running non stop when the A/C was on turn it off and the fan shut off. the next morning I did my pre trip inspection I noticed the dryer was not replaced also noticed freeon on one of the lines for the air so I left cus I had a load to go pick up then about 400 miles later my air was starting to get warm I'm not happy . I had to take it to anther mhc dealership to have it fixed right.plus I hope the didn't change my company for a part they never replaced

What can I say this dealership is always easy to work with. I was actually getting a set of King Pins put in at my own yard. When I realized the shocks were bad also. Call them up to check the prices of the shocks and they let me know they were on sale and also put a set aside for me. Can't complain about that at all. Thanks for all your help guys

We had a truck throw a fuel pressure code after pulling through Dallas, so we took it into the TA to get looked at. They told us that it was an issue within the programming in the ECM (which was replaced at Kenworth less than 9k miles ago) so of course they couldn't touch it. We took our truck into the Kenworth, and after nearly a day and a half they still haven't diagnosed the truck. They will keep telling you it has been "triaged", basically they plug the computer into it to pull the codes and that is where they have left it for over 24 hours. It's hard to believe that a major dealership with sole rights to specific programming can operate with this poor of service. After reading these other reviews, it seems like they make up with their horrible service and poor management by charging through the nose. Hopefully they treat us honestly, but only time will tell. Our driver has passed the time by chatting with another driver who has been there going on 4 days -
not waiting on a part to come in, just waiting for the service to actually follow through. Overall, poor management and service and if we didn't HAVE to be there, we definitely WOULDNT BE!!! Avoid this shop if at all possible!!!!

Awesome mechanics and customer service. These guys did warranty work to fix another MHC dealer's mistakes. They really understood where I was coming from and went over and beyond to right the wrong doing off another dealer in there company! Thank you all very much! I will do business with you again I'd in the are in need if a mechanic!
