We had a truck throw a fuel pressure code after pulling through Dallas, so we took it into the TA to get looked at. They told us that it was an issue within the programming in the ECM (which was replaced at Kenworth less than 9k miles ago) so of course they couldn't touch it. We took our truck into the Kenworth, and after nearly a day and a half they still haven't diagnosed the truck. They will keep telling you it has been "triaged", basically they plug the computer into it to pull the codes and that is where they have left it for over 24 hours. It's hard to believe that a major dealership with sole rights to specific programming can operate with this poor of service. After reading these other reviews, it seems like they make up with their horrible service and poor management by charging through the nose. Hopefully they treat us honestly, but only time will tell. Our driver has passed the time by chatting with another driver who has been there going on 4 days -
not waiting on a part to come in, just waiting for the service to actually follow through. Overall, poor management and service and if we didn't HAVE to be there, we definitely WOULDNT BE!!! Avoid this shop if at all possible!!!!
