I went here for the first time the other day. I was looking for a DMV alternative to register a privately purchased vehicle and trusted the hundreds of great reviews. No wait, signed papers, paid, left. It only took about 10 minutes. Well worth the money (which isn't much). I'll never go to the DMV again, if I don't have to.
