My son has to be seen quarterly for ultrasounds and visits with the oncology doctor. Every staff member from receptionist to billing to radiology tech to nurse and doctor are all kind, compassionate, patient and eager to help. In 3 years, never had a bad experience. Of course, I wish the cost of Healthcare wasn't so high, but that's an issue bigger than them. They make a stressful experience as comfortable as possible and I always feel well informed of where we're at and what's the plan for my son's treatment.

I took my 1 year old on Wednesday 09/22 around 7 pm waited almost 8 hours for them to tell me it was only a common virus that was going to go away on its own (already had heard that from texas children urgent care on YALE ST on MONDAY 09/20) My daughter highest fever has been 102.4 & 101.3 but nurse told me they didn't considered that a fever. Doctor looked into my daughter ears & throat & stated she didn't have no kind of infection on throat or ears. They discharge my daughter next day with no kind of medicine when I already had told them fever was not going down at all after I gave her tylenol & motrin. I couldn't see my daughter sick so I decided to take her to a Convenient Urgent Care on Parker Rd. Only to find out she actually does have ear & throat infection. So NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY HERE.

Very fast didn t have to wait to be seen. Would recommend. I went to the emergency room.

My only issue was one of the attending seemed bother about vaccination made a face about my personal preference but that s about it.

Amazing experience throughout multiple departments - the team approach has been helpful in not having to explain ourselves over and over. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful, the hospital is beautiful and very clean. All of our questions have been answered with time taken to discuss. Extensive testing has been done as needed. Very thankful we found TCH!

Do not come to this hospital if you are looking for a quick, pleasant trip. The staff was very rude except for one lady, and she was doing screening in the B2 level Parking lot. I was informed to sit in the lobby and wait by the ER staff. After about 15 minutes of sitting in the lobby, where the security desk is located, a employee decides to come and tell me to move. There are 2 other people sitting behind me, but she only notifies me. I let her know I was told to sit there, and she replies and I know the rules so thank you very much . Sadly I did not get her name, but she was a fluffy Hispanic women about 5 8. She had an attitude the entire time we were talking, and then proceeded to get security. Security was also rude. Remember, I was in sight of the security desk the entire time I had been sitting there, and I had made eye contact with them while I was seated. She began with an attitude as well and told me that I needed to get out and go to my car or wait in the front .

Dr. De Guzman and her staff are incredible. Great experience as a first timer. Not only has she taken great care of my daughter's health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment.
It s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.
Appreciate Dr. De Guzman taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options.
Was referred over by another great doctor and can see why. She is an asset for TCHC. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank the entire staff for everything. We really appreciate the team I brought my 4yo to the emergency department about 7am and we didn't wait at all to be seen everyone moved with urgency when it came to my baby. Thanks for taking care of us. Stay safe and be blessed!!

This was our first visit with Dr.Liou and she was absolutely wonderful! Her main focus was on my son and his needs and concerns. Very knowledgeable and personable. Requested all testing be done the same day and explained the results same day. That s 5 stars for us worrying Moms! She also explained everything in ways we understood not just in medical terms. Dr.Liou and her staff at Tx Children s were very caring and amazing and I would recommend to everyone! Thank you all again for such wonderful care of us!

Had taken my daughter here, because she tested positive for covid and they had us waiting for 4 plus hours and never got seen.

Took time out of work, drove from Cypress but they would not let us in because I had my 8 year old. I understand leaving an adult downstairs but not a child. I had to leave. With all the tests and hoops they make us go through test, masks, fever checks and I wasted my time. They should have let us know at the time the appointment was made. Looking for another hospital
