So disappointed with the lack of care here. You're a number in a chart. They could care less about your life only treat immediate symptoms. They don't even do that well. Came here for my wife who has a significant illness and they just don't care. Terrible communication even when medications they prescribed caused allergic reactions. It is so sad the state of care...more like fast-food medicine. NEXT!

Seems to be a bit of confusion at this facility trying to get to the specific genetic specialist I need. I was told to set up an appointment with one of their metabolic and genetic bone disease specialists, but instead was scheduled to see a knee orthopedic surgeon when my knees are the only joints not giving me an issue. I asked to speak to someone about the bone disease geneticist before I left and they told me that all I could really do is make an appointment with Dr. Murdock who specializes in EDS and connective tissue diseases, not bone diseases. I've never been so frustrated. My dad took an entire day off work to drive me 2 hours all the way down to the Baylor clinic only to be told I was wasting the orthopedic surgeon's time when I never requested an appointment with him to begin with, I requested to see a metabolic and bone disease specialist.

The incompetence of this place is unbelievable. My husband and I had an appointment with a specialist and nobody here has ANY idea how to give directions to the department you need. If these people can't even give proper directions, can I really trust them with medical issues? Thanks to no one knowing where we had to go, my husband and I lost our appointment. This is pathetic.

MD Krista Olsen, Morgan, and the rest of the staff have been absolutely amazing throughout my care with them. They take the time to explain what is wrong and the steps in order to correct. I thought that was spectacular and reassuring having a great team!

Dr. Shawn Groth, thorasic surgeon, is the highest qualified surgeon in the field! Even before the first visit, the scheduling staff carefully accompanied me through the process. My first with Dr. Groth, and his staff, was thoroughly frank, sincere, and amazing to get my surgery
scheduled quickly. He informed me of every aspect of my surgery and planned healing.

Dr Groth and his staff have achieved the highest standard of professional services, and extraordinary level of medical treatment and recovery! I have seen no medical services in Houston which could compare with Dr. Groth!

I actually haven t went there but I m 12 middle school 7 grade I will like to go here I will like to study medicine I go to a school of Dallas Tx is called young women school academy I will like my school to have classes of medicine but I will like to go here
